This villa offers you the silence an peace of the countryside without being away from the beaches, golf courses and all the activities and leisure that Albufeira as to offer. This house is secluded, great for those who love privacy and need to rest and relax. Perfect for adults, children and families. This property sleeps maximum 6 persons. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedrooms cabinets and fans. This house as a good sized living room overlooking the pool with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV with English channels, dining table. It has access to the pool area with amazing countryside view. The dining room is set on the living room with table and chairs for seating six persons comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances.

The front side of the property has private swimming pool that measures 9m x 4,5m, depth - 1.00m x 2. 20m, with its own shower, barbecue and table and chairs to eat all fresco with lovely countryside view. There is a large mature garden with exotic trees, different kind of plants, has beautiful views. Also a patio with its own private pool, sun loungers and umbrellas for exclusive use of the guests. Alongside the pool is a further seating /dining area and a barbecue. Electronic gate access to the property. There is space inside for parking your car with shade. Car hire or taxi use is necessary for this property.
Conditions
- Payment is made in Euros.
- Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is until 10.00 am.
- Security: the amount of 100€ in cash is required for security breakage of the house equipment. This must be paid on the arrival day and will be refunded on the departure day providing no damage or loss occurred on the house.
- Smoking is allowed only in the outside.

The villa was like a home away from home. The owner leaves coffee, biscuits, tea, milk, bear, etc upon your arrival which was a really nice touch. The villa is maintained really well and very clean. It is situated about 10 minutes drive to the strip where there are shops and reasonable priced restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as the base for a great Algarve holiday. Very nice Villa. Clean and the owner left a nice welcome package of food. The only problem is the location. Although not that far of a walk it is a dangerous walk as the roads are not finished and their are no lights so a car is needed as it is also sometimes difficult for taxis to find. Villa Pescada location is in the countryside in a peaceful and private area at a short drive from the Old town and Oura strip. There is a short road that we hope that shall be finished soon! Walking in the day time is nice to discover the beautiful nature and visit the atractions that Albufeira as to offer. In the night time, it is better to drive, if you provide the directions or gps coordinates to the taxis drivers they can find the property more easily. Hiring a car gives the guests more autonomy and freedom when they choose to hire this property. However if the guests prefer to use a taxi during the holiday it is also a great solution because the drivers allready know the places, so they can take you there faster and easily, without the need for searching.
