This lovely villa enjoys a wonderful location (the second entrance) at the end of a cul de sac offering privacity with pleasant countryside views. There is a mosaic tiled swiming pool (10m x 5m) with steps and lawned garden with a shower and BBQ and one "alfarrobeira" tree, (a typical tree from south of Portugal) who gives a very comfortable shadow in Summer time. 4 sunbeds are provided. There are 5 terraces. The house has 3 floors.
On the lower ground floor there are two double bedrooms that share a bathroom a kitchen and a lounge with fireplace satellite TV and DVD. On the ground floor is a fully fitted second kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. Off the hall is a lounge dining room and a big living room with fireplace that also comes with TV. There is also a bathroom on this level. Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms one with en suite facilities a veranda and another bathroom. French doors from the lounge lead to the private and large swimming pool surrounded by law and gardens. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided. Villa Laveiga is ideal for those wanting to walk to the beach and local amenities.
