Ground floor: 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and en suite bathroom. 1 double bedroom with wardrobes and large bathroom with shower and bathtub. 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and large full bathroom. Equipped kitchen. Living room/Dining room richly decorated with fireplace and with three wide glass doors giving access to terrace, gardens and pool.
1st Floor: Double bedroom en suite with views south over the pool and garden, fitted wardrobes, large bathroom with shower and bathtub. 1 bedroom with bunkbeds for children.
Safe for personal effects, kitchen equipped with fire blankets, extinguishers and fire detectors.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The accommodation is located in Vale de carro, close to Olhos de Água and to some of the Algarve´s best beaches - with nice beach bars/restaurants - Olhos de Água, Stª Eulália, Maria Luisa, Falésia and others.
At our property management office we offer advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. We also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions with discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone number provided.
Albufeira town is 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and there are also numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.
Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 pm) is at Guia, a small town famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri piri', only 7min drive.
Zoomarine Park (sea life): 20 min drive
Two Waterslide Parks: 10min & 20 min drive
Horse riding over the sand dunes: 10 min drive
Water sports & jet ski on several Beaches
