The villa is situated in the traditional village of Branqeira. It is accessed via a secure electric gated entrance, with parking for at least 4 vehicles. The spacious living area opens out onto a large terrace overlooking beautiful gardens and private pool.
In the village of Branqueira there is a Portuguese Bar/Restaurant, small local supermarket and fresh seafood.

The gardens and pool are regularly maintained all year round.
Conditions
A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure the booking. A refundable £150 damage deposit is required with the balance. This damage deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your return home. The full cost must be paid 8 weeks prior to travel. Late bookings full payment is required. Payment by cheque or direct bank transfer.
The Algarve / Central Algarve region


The Algarve, south Portugal, is now a famous holiday destination, popular with holidaymakers seeking sunshine and beautiful beaches, sports and activity enthusiasts, celebrities and those simply seeking a holiday with a difference!
The beautiful sandy beaches are, of course, one of the major attractions (understandably too, because they are some of the best in the world!). This sunny southern region of Portugal offers so much more as well! The fantastic Algarve weather which delivers dry sunny days for most of the year, makes enjoying outdoor life a way of life.
The Albufeira / Olhos d'Agua area
All sorts of restaurants, coffee shops, banks, travel agencies, pharmacies, post offices are within easy reach, the 24 hour health centre is also within a 5 minute drive, the big Algarve Shopping is also close by where you can shop, eat, go bowling, go to the cinema all in the one place. There are a number of leisure/water parks nearby such as zoo marine, Aqua show, slide and splash etc. The popular resort of Olhos d`agua has a superb array of restaurants serving international cuisine and lively evening entertainment. The resort has a charming and picturesque sandy cove where boats often pull up and fishermen mend their nets. The best golf courses are a short drive away.

We spended 18 days in Casa Da Vinha. Great vacation for our family. We had plenty of room for everybody, private parking and swimmingpool. Shopping and restaurants can be reached within 5 minutes of driving, great beaches within 10 minutes. House is without aircondition, but we never needed it. |

This was one of the best villas we have stayed in the last few years. It is a real home from home the gardens and pool area are beautiful. it was very quiet at night the only down side of this Villa was leaving to come home. The owner has a large library of books for all tastes .The village of Branquira is a few mins walk away were you will find the bus stop and the bus will take you into Albufeira for approx 2 euro for an adult (single) a taxi back is 5 euro. There is a small supermarket in the village run by a very friendly family and a lovely bar on the way back to have a small beer (cheaper than Albufeira). |

Thanks for the great holiday in Portugal. My first time there and what a beautiful holiday home you have. The kids never left the pool and spent most evenings watching English TV and films whilst we sat on the patio drinking local wine. We a enjoyed a fantastic day out from Albufeira marina, dolphin spotting. The lively bars and restaurants on The Strip catered for all ages with a wide variety of food available. It was worth the long trek to the unspoilt beach at Maria Luisa.
