This Fantastic 4 Bedroom Detached Private Villa With Private Pool is Totally Enclosed And Fully Alarmed,

Situated On A Good Sized Plot With Gardens Front And Rear,

The Villa is fully Air-Conditioned and is included from 15/07 - 31/08 and available as an option for 150 € per week out of these dates as to not charge people when not required,

The villa as been fully modernised with new bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and uk Sat TV, Wi-Fi Routers are available for the property at 35 € per week and must be pre-booked,

The fully fitted kitchen is supplied with all you will need and a the lounge as large LCD TV.

The large open plan lounge / kitchen opens up onto the good size gardens where you will find a grass area for the sun-beds and also the 5 x 3.5 meter shaped pool ( Enclosed for children's safety ) and at the back of the property there are table and chairs and a pergola for outside dining and a large BBQ.

We also have another 3 - 6-bedroom villa next door for families travelling together,

There is a 500 Gbp damage deposit plus credit card when families and 100 Gbp per person when groups over 25 years old and 175 Gbp person when under 25 years old ,

How do damage deposits work?
