These Parque da Corcovada apartments are beautifully and luxuriously furnished and extremely spacious for holiday rental accommodation, giving guests plenty of space to relax and enjoy the facilities. Every self-catering need has been taken care of, from comfortable furnishings to Satellite TV, air conditioning throughout and well equipped kitchens with dishwashers and washing machines. All enjoy close proximity to the swimming pools and landscaped gardens, with lovely terraces and balconies to enjoy al fresco dining and soaking up the Algarvean sun.

Parque da Corcovada is ideal for family holidays, golfing breaks, a romantic escape or that special celebration. Completed in 2008 to a very high standard, with excellent on-site facilities, it is situated near the centre of Albufeira within easy walking distance of The Strip with its vibrant nightlife, Oura Beach, many restaurants, shops and bars and local transport services, connecting you to the Old Town.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve has a temperate climate almost all year round and boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year. The tourist season extends from March to October and it only really quiets down in the dead of winter. Even then, there are many days when it is warm and sunny enough to sunbathe or sit outside at the pavement cafes and enjoy the balmy weather.

The golf season extends from autumn through to spring and golfers can enjoy the warm sunny conditions whilst their own courses at home are unplayable. In summer they can receive discounted green fees at many courses.

The Albufeira / Corcovada area

Location
Parque da Corcovada is a quiet residential complex in Montechoro, just off the main street of Albufeira, in close proximity of The Strip, restaurants, nightclubs, bars, Bullring, supermarkets, shops and internet café’s. The tourist train to The Strip, Modelo and Fisherman’s Beach runs every 20 minutes. 30 minutes from Faro Airport.

Beach
Albufeira has many superb sandy beaches in the area; the nearest being Praia da Oura, a 15 - 20 minute stroll from the apartment.

Golf
The apartments are ideally positioned for golfers with Balaia golf course and Sheraton Pine Cliffs golf course just a 5 minute drive away and the world class golf courses of Vilamoura a 10 minute drive from the apartment.

“Absolutely Brilliant” Close to the strip and about 40 mins walk to old town. These apartments have everything you could possible need for a self catering holiday. Apartments were spotless and all the pool area was spotless aswell. A very relaxing holiday.
