The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve has a temperate climate almost all year round and boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year. The tourist season extends from March to October and it only really quiets down in the dead of winter. Even then, there are many days when it is warm and sunny enough to sunbathe or sit outside at the pavement cafes and enjoy the balmy weather.

The Albufeira / Central Albufeira area

The apartments are situated just a 5 minute walk to the main street of Albufeira and 10 minutes walk to The Strip, so there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within easy reach. The Old Town is a 15 minute walk away. The nearest beach is 600m away and local beaches include Praia da Oura, at the bottom of The Strip and Fisherman's Beach at the Old Town. The tourist train runs every 20 minutes and stops at The Strip, Modelo and The Old Town ( Fisherman's beach ). Local buses and buses to theme parks pass nearby.

“Fantastic Apartment!!!” This apartment was the best one I have ever been too, it was like home from home, I have never come home from a holiday with a case full of clean washing before!!, the complex was an ideal location for a chilled out holiday, the shutters on all the doors and windows were excellent because there was no light or sound getting threw them. The pool and pool area was cleaned every day, this apartment had its own sunbeds on the patio area, everybody else on the complex had there own sunbeds around the pool so there was no getting up at 6 o'clock to put towels out. I would highly recommend this complex and certainly SOL-F, i will definatly be returning again and again.

“Perfect! These apartments are 'the' best we've ever stayed in.” These apartments are great, they are well equipped and very clean! You are close to the strip, about a 5 minute walk. There is a supermarket close by & they have everything you would ever need for the perfect stay. The pool area is clean and the guest are all friendly and will always offer advise if you want it. You are greeted by the staff from Algarve Getaways, and they will keep in contact with you during your stay. We arranged our transfers via Algarve Getaways too, and I wouldn't transfer any other way. This is our fourth time to these same apartments so that really tells you everything you need to know! They are just perfect! :)
