Basement: Garage with automatic gate, store room, bathroom with shower-bath, bedroom with bathroom with shower-bath.

First floor: Hall, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room with fireplace and stove, both with common balcony with sea view, one bedroom, one bathroom with bath main.

Second floor: 2 rooms with wardrobe and balcony, toilet main with bath, suite with closet and balcony and bathroom with bath.

Terrace: Ample.
Equipped with solar panels.
Outside: Swimming pool, garden, tank 7000 liters, grill.
Located in a quiet area, good access, stunning views over the sea and countryside, about 10 min. walk from downtown Albufeira.

Cleaning and towels: Towels and linen are changed twice a week.

Golf of Salgados, 1,5kms. Vilamoura Golf, 25kms.

Faro is the next airport. 40 minutes by car. Due to villa location car is not needed.

The Albufeira / Cerro Grande area

From Faro Airport to Albufeira:

1- Take direction in Albufeira;
2- Arriving in Albufeira, go to Alisuper in front of the Old Cemetery;
3- On front of the Alisuper go in direction of the new marina;
4- On the roundabout, second on the right,
5- Go until the end of the road, is on your left side and there you are!
