Modern Spacious 2 bedrooms townhouse designer furnisher to a high standard fittings. Located in Branqueira village outside Albufeira between Vilamoura and Vale Navio. The village has several bars, cafes and restaurants and there is a supermarket just a couple of minutes walk from the complex. The townhouse is only a five minute drive from Albufeira strip with its bars and restaurants of all international flavours.
There is also the famous Old town which is 5 minute drive away or 15 minute walk. The very pretty fishing village of Olhos d'Agua is also about a 7-8 minute drive from the complex and offers a relaxed day or evening out.

The property has 2 double bedrooms, 1st with a king size bed and 2nd with two singles that can be put together, making a super king size. Both bedrooms have balconies with a sunbed and table chairs. The main bathroom upstairs has extra large bath with shower. Downstairs is a large kitchen fully equipped, including plastic cups, plates and cutlery for kids. Also there is a downstairs shower room and wc. The lounge has a sofa, a six seater dining table, remote controlled LCD TV with English free-view channels, music system that has a dock for an i pod and usb port, a DVD player and also internet access. Balcony off the sitting room with a table and four chairs outside.

Ample parking outside the house as well as secure parking underground.

The Algarve is famous for its 200km long stretch of pure golden sandy beaches, unusual rock formations and 300 days of fabulous sunshine. Not only does this region have all this! It also has the most amazing cuisine, ranging from beef to the unlimited choice of seafood! There is always lots going on in this lively area and there is a huge selection of places to shop, eat and drink! For a fun day out try Aqualand or Slide and Splash Water Parks and Zoomarine park where families can get close to dolphins within 15 minutes drive. For the fishing lovers Albufeira and Villamoura marina have boats waiting!!

The Albufeira / Branqueira area

Albufeira is known as a tourist resort, it is amazing that you still find hardly any tourists in the old centre. When coming from the famous Tunnel you will arrive at the central place of Albufeira with all its restaurants. From there you may continue through the narrow touristic streets, back to the beach. Shortly before you arrive at the old fish market and "The Ruin" you will find at your right hand the street that lead you to the old part of Albufeira, from where you have an amaizing view in both directions. In Branqueira you can fine is own summer festival where you can enjoy the local culture.

Golf Courses - Balaia Golf Village (9 holes) 5 minute drive. Pine Cliffs (9 holes) 10 minute drive. Oceanico Golf, Vilamoura (18 holes and 7 courses) 15 minute drive. Quinta da Logo (36 holes) 20 minutes drive. Plus within easy access salgados (18 holes), Penina (36 holes) Vila Sol (18 holes) and many more.

You can get to this beautiful part of Portugal, with flights from UK and Ireland with British Airways, Easyjet, FlyBe, Ryanair, Aer Lingus. Airport transfers can be arranged. The nearest airpor is Faro airport. At Faro airport you will find several rental cars companies to choose from. It takes about 35 mins from the airport to Villa Branca. You can also fly to Lisbon and get the train from the main train station, which is called Oriente. It takes 3hrs 30 mins to Albufeira station and is very reasonably priced. From Albufeira station it is a 5 min taxi drive to the house.

“Faultless property with a beautiful pool and gardens” We had a wonderful holiday at this property. It was away from the busy centre of Albufeira, lovely and peaceful with a taxi drive into the centre only 5 Euros. Ideal for our teenage daughter and friend! Angela Dimas was particularly welcoming and helpful.
