This Private Villa complex comprises of 2 Studio apartments, 2 one bedroom apartments and a three bedroom apartment. All apartments are equipped with the bedrooms , self catering kitchen, bathroom and sofa bed in the lounge.
Situated on the outskirts of Montechoro the villa is in a very quiet area but is only twenty minutes walk from the Strip and all the excitement and nightlife that Albufeira has to offer.
The accommodation is 2000 meters from Albufeira village centre and the beach of Praia da Oura. This is a brand new property and has all the facilities, including a large 14 x 5 meter swimming pool and a separate barbecue area , to make a great holiday.
The property even as its own bar and the owners make everybody welcome and if you wish you can even join them for dinner. Meals including English breakfast are available on request. The owners live on the property and are always available to sort out any problems. The owners often have bbq nights with local musicians turning up and the owner serves wine from his very own celler.
There is also a large downstairs function room, suitable for large group dinners or conferences.

This 7 bedroomed property is set in the countryside on the outskirts of Montechoro.
It is in a wonderful setting just 2000 meters from the main strip of Albufeira , yet in such a peaceful setting you will think you are in the middle of the Algarvian countryside.
Very quiet area only twenty minutes walk from Albufeira Strip.
This villa is perfect for large groups as it will sleep up to 18 Adults and 2 children and the owners will help you have the time of your life.
Round the pool area you will find a pool table and darts as well as plenty of seating and sunbeds .
The villa for 2010 also have an underground bar and restaurant where the owners can arrange private bbq and parties.

From Albufeira you can visit the rest of the Algarve , the capital of Portugal ( Lisbon ) or neighbouring Spain ( Seville ) with various coach and minibus tours for those interested in the Culture or just a change of scenery .
Whilst in Albufeira there are plenty of things to keep you and the kids occupied including water parks , zoo-marine ( Dolphin Park ) , crazy golf , horse riding , buggy rides , safaris , boat trips etc .

Hi Dale, well it seems everyone got back in one piece! I just wanted to say (on behalf of the whole group) a massive thank you again for all your help over the past weekend. Everyone had a cracking time and the villa was perfect - please pass on our gratitude to Mariana as many of us left in a bit of a rush on Sunday and didn't get the chance to thank her properly.

A 5 % discount is available for all 2012 pre-bookings before the 15/12/2011 and a further 5% discount for full payment on booking .
A 5% discount is also available for all two weeks stays except in August .
Prices qouted are for a maximum of 15 adults and 5 children , if outside this criteria then extra adults will be charged at 60 Euros extra per adult.
The deposit on booking will be 40 % and the balance will be due 10 weeks before the arrival date.
80 € security deposit per person payable on arrival.
Payments by credit / debit card with PayPal ( 2.95 % surcharge ) or bank transfer accepted.
