Superb newly-built luxury 5 bedroom - 6 bathroom villa at Sao Rafael - Albufeira - 1km from the centre of the Albufeira old town.

This lovely 5 bedroom / 6 bathroom detached as full air-conditioning and comes with large pool with a pool heater which increases water temperature to around 5ºC more than unheated pool and also games room / gym.

Just 350 meters from the Sao Rafael beach , this villa as a fully equipped kitchen with large lounge / dining room room including satellite TV / DVD .

It is located just 35 minutes from Faro International Airport, close to beach of Sao Rafael and the newly Built Albufeira marina .

There are beautiful mountain views to the north, and to the south it is only 5 minutes from the sea with miles of golden sandy beaches , with great views over the Marina of Albufeira.

Decorated to a high finish with lovely modern furniture , including an indoor garden area , all the bedrooms are of a good size with large balconies from most bedrooms.

This villa is divided into three floors with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor , 2 on the first floor and a further basement bedroom where is also located the games room .

A security deposit of 80 Euros per person is required on arrival .

Cleaning is 3 times a week including the arrival and departure days .

Conditions

A deposit of 35% is required on booking with the balance being due 8 weeks before the arrival date .

As a result of the tide of tourism this once upon a time fishing village has expanded since the 1960s into a major holiday resort and now has over 12,000 permanent residents.

The centre of the town changes its character after the sunsets.

A plentiful collection of bars, restaurants and clubs start to fill-up with the tourist until they over spill into the narrow streets.

The beach of Sao Rafael is a short 5 minute walk away . There is a good selection of good beaches run both to the east and west from the town. Praia de Balaia, Praia de Castelo, Praia de Falésia, Praia de Galé, de Olhos d’Agua, Praia de Maria Luisa being the main ones.

There are also various theme parks in the area - perfect for keeping the children happy during your stay .

The Albufeira / Sao Rafael area

First and foremost, Albufeira is famed for its beaches, for the countless shades and tones of its rocks and cliffs.
