The complex is situated within easy reach of the Old and New Albufeira Town where local beaches, restaurants, shops, banks and night-life can be found. The Algarve Shopping Complex is only 5 mins drive and offers cinema, bowling alley, restaurants, discount retail outlets. The Clube 24 hour reception can arrange excursions to Zoo Marine, Water Parks, Boat Trips and many more exciting pursuits on the Algarve. For those looking to play golf the Clube offers discounted green fees (arranged locally) on a variety of challenging courses for both the professional and occasional golfer. There is a local supermarket, bakery, newsagents, tennis and children's sandy play area which can be reached via a footbridge. The Algarve offers many superb sandy beaches which are all within easy reach
How to get there
Fly to Faro Airport - Club Albufeira is just a 30 minute drive so excellent for families with young children! Here are some suggestions for cheaper flights to Faro but please look at their websites as they may change UK airports. We can arrange private transfers and/or good car hire which you can pick up at the airport - no shuttle buses to worry about!!

Further details indoors: The apartment is furnished to a high specification - 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite with jacuzzi bath). Fully fitted modern kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and iron/board. The lounge offers comfortable seating with satellite TV, DVD with films, CD player, and double sofa bed. With your safety in mind we have a smoke alarm fitted, fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
There is a lovely terrace that overlooks the pool - a perfect place to enjoy the sun and have a cool drink in the evenings.
Further details outdoors: There are several snack bars and 2 excellent restaurants which are open all year round, serves superb food and offers weekly BBQ's.(peak time only) There is plenty of grasssed areas outside the apartment which leads to a lovely children's play park and also one of the four pools.

There are 4 Swimming Pools on the complex and the one closest to the apartment is heated in the winter months - 35 degrees so perfect for a morning swim.
Conditions
Availability all year and change-over days are flexible. 20% deposit on booking, balance 8 weeks prior to holiday. An additional £200 damage deposit cheque is payable with the final balance and will be refunded within 14 days subject to the apartment inspection. Any bookings cancelled within 8 weeks of departure forfeit deposit. Prices inclusive of all utilities, air-conditioning and Clube facilities. Apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10 am on departure day. Change-over day flexible. Please bring own beach and pool towels. Airport transfers available 90-110 Euros return dependant on size of party (payable locally) Please note: One week stays - linen and towels provided on arrival. No changes but can use washing machine/tumble dryer for towels. Two weeks stays - same as week stays but they are changed after one week.
