CASA NOVE (villa)

Home description

CASA NOVE lays in a very quiet hamlet with only 4 houses, however in total privacy.
It has a large lounge, television, dvd, cd-player, etc.
There is also a separate dining room for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen which leads to the first outside balcony.
It has an outside dining table for 8 people, surrounded by a magnificent pool. It has a family bathroom with separate shower, 2 double bedrooms and a special bedroom for the youngsters.
A beautiful garden with almond and olive trees, aswell some orange trees, with some places to read or to relax surrounded by beauty of nature. On the property there is also animation like rowing, stepper, bike, badminton, volley, soft-tennis, pétanque , darts.... There is also the possibility to ride a horse, play some tennis or golf, or walkin surrounded by beauty of nature. You can pick up some culture in Granada, Velez, Cantoria, Almeria, Saliente ... Lovely beaches like Vera, Garrucha, Cabo de Gata, Villaricos, San Juan de los Terreros... are only 30' away from the house. A lovely place for a fantastic vacation under the Andalusian Sun.

The Costa de Almeria region

Albox lays in the middle of the Almanzora Valley, with his beautiful local villages as Cantoria, Albanchez, Limaria, El Saliente, Zurgena ...
It has a Subtropical climate with average minimum temperatures of 17-18°.
The average yearround t° is about 26°, From July T° up to +30°.
With ore than 320 of sunshine a year, Almeria becomes the hottest province of Spain.
They call it for nothing " The European Florida ".
