This lovely villa is situated just outside the town of Albox, which is only 5-10 minutes drive where you will find shops, banks, bars and restaurants. The popular town of Mojacar is easily accessible with its beaches and restaurants and lovely old town set in the hillside.
The villa has it's own private swimming pool [gated] and private tennis court set in it's own large and fully walled and gated grounds, perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

The Costa de Almeria region
Almeria is easily accessible with flights from the UK and with a good road network from the airport to surrounding areas.
There are many nice beaches at Mojacar such as El Sombrerico Beach which is popular with divers and swimmers with a beach bar serving the local catch. Also, not far from Mojacar is Garrucha Beach, which is a blue flag beach and has a children's play area.
Albox area
Albox is a typical Spanish town with white-washed houses and narrow streets. It is surrounded by olive groves and its origins are medieval.
The surrounding area has many outdoor pursuits to offer visitors - there are many country areas to walk and explore, cycling or off-roading and horse-riding to name a few. There is a weekly market held on Tuesdays. Or if you want to get wet there is a water park at Vera.

Albox is easily reached with good road access from Almeria International airport with regular flights from the U.K.

Further details indoors: The villa has a large lounge with dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Full size wardrobe to master bedroom which also has a small plasma tv connected to satellite. The second bedroom also has a full size wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has a free standing wardrobe and twin beds, there is also a tv for video playing only. There is a full bathroom with shower over bath and 1 en-suite marble walk in shower to the second bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and full size fridge/freezer. The lounge has a large TV with full satellite service and the villa is fully air conditioned.
Further details outdoors: Outside in the large gardens there is a 9 x 5 metre swimming pool which is fully gated, full size tennis court - rackets provided, BBQ, outside pagoda with heater if required and shaded carport. The grounds are completely walled and have a sliding gate across the main entrance.
There are 6 sun loungers, outside dining table with parasol seats 6 and a bench table that seats 4. The pagoda has a wicker table with 4 chairs.
