A luxury 3-bedroom designer townhouse style villa encompassing stunning views over the bay, valley and mountains of Albir and Alfaz del Pi. A very spacious and well-equipped kitchen with cooker, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The ground floor of the villa has a lounge with leather suite, dining table and leather chairs, hi-fi and breakfast balcony. There are two large double bedrooms – one with balcony overlooking the lounge. The third bedroom has two single beds – ideal for children. There is a shower room and large family bathroom with shower.
The beautiful landscaped shared gardens boast a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The private roof terrace boasts stunning views of Benidorm town, Albir Bay and the mountains of Alfaz del Pi

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is a very popular region with visitors, with miles of soft white sand shelving gently into the Mediterranean making this a good choice for children. Benidorm is an excellent venue with wonderful sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife. Tailored for the foreign visitor you will find an abundance of bars, restaurants and discos. There is also an Aqua and Theme Park nearby. Benidorm can become crowded in peak season but Varda Villa is a short distance away; where you can find peaceful mountain scenery with olive trees, citrus groves, and quiet hilltop villages
The Albir Playa / Alfaz del Pi area
Playa Albir is a peaceful retreat away from crowds secluded beach with excellent beach front cafes, bars and restaurants. Public transport is excellent linking Altea to the north and Benidorm to the south. Excellent parking throughout Albir.

We came accross this property by chance when searching the internet. So glad we did. The holiday was excellent, made even more so by the stunning views over the mountains and on most days sole use of the pool. Although the banks seemed to struggle with the concept of having the deposit refunded this was soon rectified by an instant bank transfer. We will certainly consider booking this property if available when returning to Albir this summer. |
