The apartment which has air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom, has a sunny balcony ideal for alfresco dining adjoining the open plan lounge and dining area with English TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a master double bedroom, a twin bedroom both with built in wardrobes and a family bathroom with bath/shower and bidet. The apartment has electric heaters in all rooms and air conditioning which can supply hot or cold air in the two main rooms.
Outside the apartment there are two private shared pools with sun terracing, shower/changing rooms, tennis courts, a mini football pitch, and a large communal restaurant. A perfect central location for families of all ages - near the beach, bars, shops, restaurants and activities.

The modern style apartment has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar leading to a spacious lounge and dining area with EnglishTV, DVD, sliding doors leading out onto the balcony where you can enjoy a cool glass of wine as the sun sets.
The bathroom has a modern bath, shower, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet.
An interior phone system is provided for security. Free standing fans are also provided to supplement the air conditioning.
Linen and beach towels are also provided free of charge, along with a selection of sports equipment, sun loungers, a cool box and picnic accessories to help you make the most of your stay.
The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, which ever type of holiday you choose.

The complex has 270 apartments in four blocks with lifts to all floors and well maintained landscaped gardens. The secure and gated complex has a large swimming pool and a slightly smaller children's pool which is open from May to September. Changing rooms, showers and toilet facilities are available adjacent to the pool area.
A large terraced restaurant offers a wide selection of food and bbq to eat in or take away.
Additional facilities include two full size tennis courts and a mini football pitch, ideal for the children.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Costa Blanca offers all round sunshine and a warm climate. The endless sandy beaches have given it it's name Costa Blanca 'The White Coast'. Summer temperatures range from 25 to 30C, while in winter the temperature ranges from 5 to 20C. Very little rain fall affects this region, which makes the Costa Blanca an ideal all year round resort favoured by all ages.
Alicante is just 45 mins by car and has a fantastic port and marina area where yachts and visiting cruise ships can be found and typically spanish Tapas bars serving excellent local food. The nearby and lively resort of Benidorm is a year round favourite for all ages, it has everything to offer from fantastic restaurants offering the days catch from the fishing boats, great shopping, professional entertainment and blue flag award winning beaches. Moving inland, there are superb mountainside towns to be explored, steeped in history such as Guadalest, which is the third most visited tourist attraction in Spain and offers you a great view all the way to the ocean as well as an opportunity to visit small shops, museums and the fortress at the top of the mountain.
The Albir Playa / Alfaz del Pi area
The area offers lots of great places to visit. Terra Mitica the famous Disney style Costa Blanca theme park is 10 - 15mins by car. With Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar with the fantastic dolphin show and Terra Natura all well worth a visit with its own water and animal parks close by. Other activities available within the surrounding area are horse riding, sailing, diving, waterskiing and golf.
The resort of Albir is just 5 mins by car and offers one of the best views of the mediterranean. The main promenade is called 'Paseo de Las Estrellas' (Stars Promenade) and hosts the annual national film festival every July. The town decided to copy the Hollywood initiative of laying paving stones along the promenade and dedicating them to national film stars. The restaurant most commonly used by the stars is 'Small Small World' which offers a wonderful selection of dishes and the most delicious pancakes.
Altea has a picturesque old town with white washed houses nestled amongst antique and craft shops. It has a fantastic church and town square surrounded by modern restaurants, cafes and wine bars.
Calpe with its beautiful sandy beach is a few kilometres north and offers a wide range of shopping and entertainment. The famous landmark rock 'Penon de Ifach' dominates the harbour area where you will find exquisite seafood restaurants selling the days local catch.
Within a short walk is the town of Alfaz del Pi which offers shops, banks, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets.

Alicante is the nearest international airport. Cheap flights are available with Easyjet, Flybe, BMI Baby, XL Airways and Travel Republic
Alfaz del Pi is only a 40 minute drive from the Alicante Airport or 60 mins from Valencia Airport where car hire is available and very reasonable with Aurigacrown and Avis. Alternatively a local taxi from the airport is approximately 50-60 euros.
Local buses run from Alicante to Albir.

If the booking is made prior to eight weeks of the letting a rental deposit of 25% of the rental sum is to be forwarded with your booking form. The remaining balance of the rental sum and the security deposit of £100 are to then due eight weeks prior to the letting.
Long term winter rental also available.
We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. up to 4 people plus luggage 60 euros each way
