This fabulous villa is located just a short distance from the popular resort of Albir Playa. Located in a quiet residential area the Villa is newly built over 4 floors. The main floor gives access to terraces overlooking the pool which are all gated making this area very safe for children. The private pool is an infinity pool with wave machine and there is also a jacuzzi. An outside bar completes the holiday feeling. Upstairs the master suite is truly stunning with a very large room with doors opening to a further terrace. On the top floor is a huge solarium with power and light, ideal for taking in the breathtaking mountain views at night time.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive using the AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the site and smell is incredible. Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival. The cosmopolitan City of Alicante is just 45 minutes by car or can be reached via a coastal train ride and has a fantastic port area and the spectacularly tiled Esplanada, favoured in the afternoons by the locals who sit and watch the people pass by. The Santa Barbera castle is wonderfully lit at night and is host to the many concerts and firework displays to mark celebtations throughout the year. A fabulous marina with yachts and visiting cruise ships and typically spanish tapas bars serving excellent local food. The resort of Albir just 10 minutes by car east of this property has a lovely beach and the beach town of Altea has a picturesque old town with white washed houses and a beautiful old church nestled amongst antique, craft and art shops. Just 10 minutes south is the lively resort of Benidorm with its wonerful beaches called Poniente and Levante, in Benidorm you will find something to do for all ages, all through the year. Nearby,is the town of Villajoyosa with its bright painted houses, painted this way it is said so that the fisherman can see there home when out at sea.
Albir Playa area
Albir is a popular resort all year round with lots of restaurants, shops, café bars and supermarkets. Every Friday there is a local market at the neighbouring town of Alfaz del Pi where you can purchase locally grown fruit and vegetables as well as local crafts. Albir is also famous for its summer film Festival where huge screens are placed out at sea and spectators can watch films from the beach. Well placed for the N332 or Ap7 roads means that the other towns and villages are easily reached, there is also a regular bus service linking the towns. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Real de Faula or Don Cayo. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. La Nucia offers many shops and bars, restaurants and banks and is ideally placed to visit all of the other nearby resorts. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can all be done locally. We are also able to organise any activity that you would like to try from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, quad bike hire, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball .............. just tell us what you require and let us organise it for you.
How to get there
Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 mintues) the property is then approximately 10 mintues from junction 65 following the signs to Alfaz del Pi and Albir on the N332. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Alfaz del Pi, you will need to take a short taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental. Flights into Valencia airport will give you a drive of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, again following the AP7 motorway until you reach junction 65.

Further details indoors: The entrance door leads to a large hallway and door to a very spacious kitchen with breakfast area. The kitchen is well fitted with range oven and hob, american style double door fridge freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar and doors opening to a raised terrace, ideal for morning coffee. Double doors then open into the lounge which has a wall mounted flat screen TV and surround sound. Leather sofas make this room very appealing. Further doors open to the raised terrace area. On this floor you will also find 2 bedrooms and bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Ornate stairs take you to the next floor where you will find the amazing master bedroom suite. The large room has picture window to one side and sliding doors opening to a further large terrace. The en-suite has raised jacuzzi bath, separate shower and twin vanity sinks fitted. There are two further bedrooms with doors to a terrace and each have en-suite facilities with jacuzzi bath. A further two bedrooms are located on this floor. The staircase rises again to the fabulous rooftop solarium with power and light. This large area is ideal for total sun during the day but also wonderful to take in the sea and mountain views.
Further details outdoors: Behind electric gates a driveway leads down to the garage area. There is also ample parking on the roadway outside of this villa. There is garden on two sides of the property and the rear is completely terraced. The raised terrace has railings and lockable gates ensuring children do not have access to the pool unless opened. A few steps lead down to the pool area where you will find the infinity pool also has a wave machine - great fun for all ages. There is also a jacuzzi and ample space for soaking up the sun. Further terraces are found on the first floor accessed from the bedrooms and there is also the rooftop solarium
