The stone floors that run throughout the house extend to the terrace which is perfect for outside dining. Casa Castagno is the ideal holiday location for families or groups of friends wanting to experience a luxury away from it all holiday. With a stunning fitted kitchen, lounge, five bedrooms that all have air conditioning and three of which are en suite, there are also a further two bathrooms, one inside and one outside.

The Puglia/Molise region
Within 30 minutes drive are many miles of safe, sandy beaches - the best of which is Torre Canne. The caves of Catellana ara must to visit. These awe inspiring Karst caves featuring stalactites and stalagmites with underground limestone cavities and long tunnels that branch out 3km in length and 71 metres deep.
The town of Martina Franca with its historic centre is 15 minutes drive & Ostuni, the white city, can be reached in 40 minutes. Local markets selling wonderful local produce take place in various towns around the area on a daily basis and both Bari and Brindisi can be reached within an hour.
Alberobello area
Casa Castagno is situated in a beautiful countryside location yet only 8 km form the town of Alberobello, a UNESCO site due to the 1500 + trulli to be found here. Restaurants and coffee bars are plentiful, good quality and very friendly. There are many good restaurants & as well as many shops to explore - ranging from good quality clothes shops through to traditional bakers, butchers etc.

On booking a deposit of 20% of the rental cost is required with the balance of 80% payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental
