The complex is ideal for both families and for couples, it has a communal swimming pool with a safe shallow area for children and a restaurant/bar which serves good food throughout the day and late into the evening. The villa is surrounded by well kept open plan gardens with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, there is secure parking outside of the villa. The local village shops and restaurants are only a short walk away.

The Black Sea Coast region
Obrochishte is a traditional Bulgarian village with small shops and restaurants, why not try "Cheers" or "Teketo" for good food and Bulgarian hospitality, or visit the monastery ruins situated next to the complex. Varna has lots of historical buildings and museums, shops, including two new malls not to mention lovely parks, the beach and a dolphinarium, Varna is well worth a visit, journey time is 30 mins by local bus from Albena.
Take a short journey to Balchik to visit the Summer Palace of Queen Maria of Romania with it's botanical gardens, or just take a stroll along the sea front with it's new hotels, restaurants and bars.
There are Gary Player golf courses within driving distance.
Albena area
Take the local bus (5 mins walk from the complex) or the complex's mini-bus(fares payable to the driver) to Albena where you will find lots of activities such as watersports, scuba diving, horse riding, tennis, children's activities or take a leisurely boat ride to Balchik.
The lively Golden Sands resort is only a short journey away, where there are shops, hotels/bars and restaurants and of course the beach with a variety of water sports, also a water park to keep the children happy for hours.
Albena is suitable for families and couples of all ages, there are lots of restaurants/bars where good food is served whether it be a snack, dinner or just for a drink. Why not pamper yourself at the well being centre where all kinds of therapies are available, or take in a Bulgarian show at the theatre.
There are banks, cash machines, chemist, opticians, and a hospital in Albena.
