'Villa Grace' benefits from 5 large double bedrooms all with own en-suites and terraces. Beautiful open plan living and dining area with log burning fire, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all essentials, utility room, cloakroom, air-conditioned.
The outside alfresco living is what we all desire on holiday, our villa has a one depth private pool with lighting, 6 sun loungers,dining table and chairs and a fabulous BBQ with outside kitchen area all set in a stunning location with panoramic sea views.
We have local bars, restaurants and grocery stores, and the beach resorts of Albena / Balchik and Golden Sands are all a 5 minute drive away.

The Black Sea Coast region
The Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, stretching for 236 miles (380km), is a popular destination for thousands of Bulgarians as well as foreign visitors every summer, with warm sea temperatures, a sunny climate, picture-perfect white sand beaches, modern resorts and a favourable exchange rate.
Seaside towns invite a more independent vacation with plenty of bars and restaurants that add local flavour and character. The coast is also one of the best spa regions in the country and resorts offer the added attraction of mineral baths, mud treatments and thermal springs.
Albena area
Albena is Bulgaria's nost northerly holiday resort and lies 6km North of Golden Sands and 40km North East of Varna Airport. Albena's wide sandy beach is its best feature, and in the summer watersports, parasols and sunbeds are all available for hire. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards making this a good resort for families with children. There is also a bowling alley and toddlers funfair.
There are a handful of restaurants, pizzerias and cafes at the beach promenade. The small Bazaar shopping centre offers a few souvenir shops and one department store.
How to get there
British Airways / Bulgarian Air flight time to Varna airport is approx 3.5 hrs. The transfer time from Varna airport to 'Villa Grace' is 30minutes via taxi. ( taxi cost approx £24.00 return trip )

We feel that it is home from home with a warm family feel, and benefits from being air-conditioned. ALL 5 bedrooms are large and spacious with en-suites ( towels included ) and have there own terraces, the modern style kitchen is equipped with all cooking and dining essentials, utility room has washing machine with drying facilities, child's high chair and travel cot, open plan living / dining area has a log burner, leather 'L' shape suite and flat screen 42" Satalite TV and DVD, Patio doors lead onto a large private south facing terrace with stunning panoramic sea views.
Further details outdoors: The villa is a stunning newly built modern four storey home with all south facing aspects, the 'one' depth heated pool with cover and lighting is ideal for those choosing to play pool games or for those with young children. There is a lovely hand built stone BBQ with a covered eating area and comfortably seats 10 people for dining and complete with an outside kitchen. The patio / terrace is equipped with 6 sun loungers and outside lighting, and has a stunning sea view looking over the resort of Albena.
Further details
We have a local English speaking handy man who will answer any questions that you may have during your stay at 'Villa Grace'. If you choose to book our villa we can arrange your transfer to and from the airport, this will be chargeable but cheaper than using a local taxi, he is also available for site seeing excursions to any historical location. Swimming pool is available during the summer season. We have a NO Smoking policy for inside the villa, however we do accept smoking on any of the outside terraces.
Conditions
Hen / Stag bookings: we can arrange chilled alcohol to be placed in the villa ready for your arrival, this would be chargeable at the local rate. Strictly NO smoking except on the terraces. 25% deposit would secure a booking the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. A breakages / damages fee of £100.00 sterling would be payable when paying the balance, this would be refunded within a week of your departure ( subject to a satisfactory property inspection ). A discount would apply to those choosing to book 1 month or more. Travel cot and high chair for babies and toddlers are at the villa. Sorry but NO pets are permitted.
