Home description
WE HAVE THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. The villa is situated at the top of the ecological village of General Kantardjievo. A traditional village that boasts the quiet country life. The village has a few shops and bars, one shop being only a few hundred metres from the villa. There is a bus stop at the end of the road which will take you into Varna Town. This runs twice a day.
The villa is only a 5-10min drive to the beautiful resort of Albena, so is ideally situated for a family with a beautiful sandy beach and has an extensive range of activities from donkey rides, paint balling, mini golf, go kart racing for the kids, to massages, spa facilities, paragliding, scuba diving, jet skies, banana boats etc for the adults. Here you have the best of both worlds, so close to a number of Major of Resorts on the Black Sea Coast, where it is all happening yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of village life.
There are also a number of day trips that can be booked in nearby Kranevo for Safaries, Sea fishing, Nessebar, Budacrest, Istanbul, Folk Dancing plus many more....
Further North approx 20mins from the villa is Balchik, a fishing village with the attraction of Queen Maria Palace & her Botantical Gardens.
The new Golf Resorts are approx 20-30 mins drive.
20mins from the villa in the Southerly direction is the resort of Golden Sands, a much larger resort than Albena but boats the same attractions, including night clubs, casinos.

The Black Sea Coast region
The Black Sea Coast attracts 1000,s of tourists every year with its hot summers and warm waters. Attractions range from stunning beaches where there is always lots going on from all types of water sports to old monisteries, forests, lakes for fishing, new golf courses or chill out and be pampered in one of the spas.
Varna being the Black Sea Capital is a fascinating place. There an ambience of culture, museums, monistaries, galleries, roman ruins and more..... A visit to the Sea Garden is a must, these stretch parallel with the golden beach for miles and has a dolphin aquarium. The pavements in the main square are lined with cafe/bars and shops and whatever you want to shop for you will find that your money goes an awful long way.
Whatever your needs or interests there is something for everyone. Bulgarian's are renowned for their hospitable nature and the Enlgish language is spoken quite widely, especially amongst the younger generation.
Albena area
Albena is a very well maintained a extremely clean resort. Children are well catered for from horse riding, go kart racing, paint balling, bunking bronco, bungi trampoline in the luna Park to hiring a 2 or 4 seater bycicle to get around the resort and explore. There is a fun train that takes you around the resort for a tour or why not use a more traditonal way of horse and carraige. The beautiful beach is dotted with straw umbrellas and boasts a small football pitch, volley ball net and climbing frames. The sea remains shallow for some way out making it suitable to children's swimming. The resort also boasts a number of family bars some with evening entertainment and the main road is lined with craft stalls. For those of you with no children, there are a few nightclubs, casinos and a theatre. The Golden Sands resort boasts the same but is on a much large scale and also has a water park.

Further details indoors: The interior of the property has a large lounge/diner, large kitchen & Wc to the ground floor with Satellite TV, DVD player & selection of DVD's, aircon, fitted kitchen. Whilst the first floor has a balcony to the front overlooking the pool & countryside. 3 good sized bedrooms with wardrobes bedside cabinets in additon to the facilities already ticked. There is also a safe for valuables.

Further details outdoors: The garden is fairly secluded with well established trees and secure lockable gates and has a parking area. There are two pools, one is 7m (23ft) long x 3.5m (12ft) wide x approx 1.2m (4ft) deep. Ajoining this there is a children's circle section of 2.4m (8ft) diameter x approx 0.6m (2ft) deep. The pool area is paved in local sand stone. There are 4 sunbeds, table and 6 chairs under pergoda for alfresco eating and a Bar-B-Q. The garden is fully lit for the evening. We have a few garden games to occupy the children.

Refundable breakages/damage deposit of £200 is required upon payment of the full balance owing 8 weeks prior to arrival at the property & to be refunded within two weeks of vacating the property (subject to a satisfactory property insepction & inventory check list)
A deposit of 25% of the rental cost secures a booking and the balance payable at least 8 weeks prior to arriving at the property. Or the full amount payable at the time of booking if arrival at the property is 8 weeks or less.
