Federica House was created from the restoration of a small barn of a farmhouse inhabited by about 100 years, maintaining the structure and details of his time we gave birth to a little house with a specific personality.
Casa Federica will conquer you with its rosy tinge and gently white Roses, and it will cheer you while comfortably sat in the terrace, listening to the melodious birds’ song and gazing on the infinite with the mind wandering over the clear blue sky of an autumnal day. This house is in the middle of nature.

The trellis of wisteria that adorns the private garden smell intoxicates you and allows you a better tasting wine, salami, cheese and many typical products of the Langhe.

The North West Italy / Piedmont/Lake Maggiore region
Northwest Italy it includes the three major cities of Turin in Piedmont, Milan in Lombardy & Genoa in Liguria. This area is blessed with the sunny beaches of the Italian Riviera in the south and the refreshing heights of the Italian Alps along the French and Swiss borders in the west & north and the Lakes Region to the northeast. In between all this lie the lush vineyard-covered hills of the Monferrato & the Langhe.
The Alba / Monforte d'Alba area
Monforte is perched on bricks in the rich and fertile vineyards of the Barolo Langa, is one of the most well known for its vineyards, food and wine.
Here in the 1920s was built, the new church in Gothic style. It has an auditorium where concerts are performed every year international (Monfortinjazz).
Places to visit nearby are castles, wineries and you can go trekking, play golf and tennis.
