Re Fenean is a family run, lovingly restored ancient Italian farmhouse dwelling dating back to the fourteenth century which now houses a uniquely styled Agriturismo self catering apartments with modern and comfortable facilities as swimming pool, garden,bowling green, B.B.Q. A private parking place is available for the use of guests.
Our holiday rental is situated amongst the olive groves and vineyards in the picturesque Apennine mountain terrain of Garlenda, in the ‘Riviera Dei Fiori’ province of Savona, Liguria, within a few miles of the famous Italian Riviera coastline and its popular beach resorts. Our charming apartments with panoramic scenic views, which can cater for two up to six guests each, have been stylized with care by mixing contemporary amenities with antique furnishings finished with personal artistic touches by Italian artist Manol Bozuffi.

I Re Fenean is the perfect base for a multitude of outdoor tourist activities which includes golfing, sailing, tennis,horse riding, cycling and mountain biking, walking and trekking as well as a plethora of water sports which include yacht sailing, surfing, diving, horse racing . Avid shopaholics have a wealth of markets and designer city shopping to choose from on their doorstep here whist Italian art, history and culture enthusiasts will not be left disappointed. Less active guests can enjoy the open peaceful and unspoilt scenic mountain and coastal landscapes, quaint traditional villas, and the friendly, welcoming people that this region is renowned for and immerse themselves in an atmosphere of complete tranquility. Tuition and short courses in distemper, water colouring, oil and fabric painting are available with artist Manol Bozuffi. Private language tuition and lessons & Italian Food and Cooking Courses can also be arranged on request.

- Well-behaved pets are permitted, on prior notice and subject to an additional €20,00 charge. Please do not leave your dogs unattended in the apartment when you go off site.

Conditions

For the booking to be confirmed we require 40% of the total amount due payable by bank as an advance down payment.
The settlement has to be paid in cash on arrival date. Sorry we have not Credit Card.
In case of cancellation the down payment( but less € 50,00) will be refunded only if notification is received by fax or e-mail 30 days prior the start of the holiday.

- Golfing: I Re Fenean is situated adjacent the renowned Garlenda Golf Club, located in the valley of the Lerrone river, one of the most picturesque valleys in the inland Liguria region. Surrounded by ancient olive yards and pinewoods, the 18 holes golf course is one of the most established courses in the region having opened in 1965. The course was designed by architects Morrison and Harris, who succeeded in blending it into the local landscape all the while maximising the scenic characteristics of the course. The Par 72 course covers 6085 metres and play from the Championship's Tee gives the most skilful players a challenging test whilst those with higher golf handicaps will enjoy a pleasant round of golf from the standard tee offs. The unusually mild micro-climate in the Lerrone river valley gives avid golfers the possibility of playing all year round.

“Amazing Place. I'm looking forward to going back every year!” An absolute wonder family getaway. Place to go to enjoy local Italian life without breaking the bank account. Quiet. Peaceful. Relaxing. Owners on ground to take care of everything, they are very caring of the guest (We even found fresh and organic vegetable from their garden on our door steps.) On hands personal touch. Absolutely kids friendly without need to get away, pool and lawn are a perfect combination fro never ending play moments. We are looking forward to going back next summer.
