New luxury, fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment in the centre of Mahmutlar. Elegantly furnished apartment offers the ultimate in luxury relaxation & comfort. There is one balcony with a sea view and another with mountain view. In the ground floor of house there is a Super Market. In the yard there is a swimming pool and children swimming pool with sunbeds.
The apartment is situated on the 6th floor. Just 200 meters from the beach, 200 m to the very centre of Mahmutlar with its bars, cafes and restaurants. and 12 km to Alanya city centre.
Every room has balcony. En Suite bathroom in main bedroom. Water is solar heated with backup heating through the electric. All rooms have air-conditioning which also delivers heating (suitable for winter period).
