About the home

New stunning 3 storey, 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms villa with private swimming pool and parking place within gated property. Elegantly furnished villa offers the ultimate in luxury relaxation & comfort.

The villa is situated close to the Konakli town centre, walk distance – 500m. The villa is set in peaceful and quiet location. 5 minutes walk to shops / restaurants / bars. The beach is just 100m.

Every room has balconies. Master bedroom has direct access to the large sunny roof terrace with stunning view to sea & mountains. Living room opens up onto the large patio, overlooking the pool.

All windows has security shutters built in. There is security alarm system in villa. Water is solar heated with backup heating through the electric. All rooms have air-conditioning which also delivers heating (suitable for winter period). Perimeter of villa walled lighting & pool lighting adds to the wonderful holiday experience.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom – king-size bed, 1 bedroom – double bed, 2 bedrooms – twin beds. Linen, towel & beach towels are included. Master bedroom is with rattan settee.

Bathrooms: Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi, 2nd bathroom – bath / shower, 3rd – W.C & washing-machine. All washbasin's boards from marble. Hair-dryers.

Kitchen: Cooker hob / fridge / freezer / dishwasher / toaster / oven, microwave. Fully equipped.

Others: Deposit safe.

Linen change weekly (more often is possible at extra cost) and villa clean at the end of your holiday are included in the price.

Pool with stairs (suit for old people), kids pool (with safety bar). The swimming pool (unheated) is available 14th April until 30th November, when it is cleaned and maintained regularly.
Outdoor shower.

Sun loungers with mattresses & patio furniture are included.

The Mediterranean Coast region

The Mediterranean coast of Turkey, known as the Turquoise Coast, is 1600 km long, with many fine sandy beaches and ancient ruins, all set to the dramatic back-drop of the Toros Mountains, whose rocky cliffs plunge into the pure turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. There are very few places on the globe with such breathtaking scenery. The coastline has much to offer, unspoilt beaches, timeless fishing villages, virgin forests, ancient ruins, bustling towns and luxury villas in Turkey’s finest resorts.

There are many magnificent resorts along the Mediterranean Coast of Turkey, and Antalya, the main city on the coast provides a magnificent base to explore the coast, Roman ruins, caves and waterfalls or take to the waters on a Mediterranean Coast sailing holiday.

Summer season is 15th of April – 31th of November, which is also one of the longest in Turkey, with average sea temperature of 26 degrees. Imagine almost 6 months a year; you are sure that all you must take is sunglasses, shorts and flip-flops without needing to check the forecast. Imagine in May and June while you are sunbathing at the beach you can enjoy to look at the snow on the peaks of Taurus. Imagine you can swim, play golf and ski all in one day in some months.

The Alanya / Konakli area

Konakli Town is located 10km west of the world famous holiday resort Alanya, in between the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea on the South & Taurus Range Mountains which are covered with luscious smelling pine trees on the North, which we can say are the natural borders of the town. The beaches in Konakli are stretching for 10kms but there are more beaches where you can enjoy the neighbouring town’s coastline, in total they are 72 km.

This is an excellent new town where the sea and the mountains are so near to each other, it is possible to enjoy the mountain view while sunbathing on the beach, with the horizon of the Taurus Mountains, you will be delighted with the superb ocean and sunset view.

The town is situated in wonderful rural surroundings close to the Mediterranean. There are many large hotel complexes here but there is also a good local village atmosphere due to the many farms in the area.

Konakli has excellent transport opportunities to Alanya and Antalya, since the main coastal road runs through the town.

There are many places to visit around Konakli, i.e. Alanya Castle and Water Park, Dimcay Valley with lunch in the river, Damlatas Caves, Side's Roman amphitheatre, Manavgat Waterfalls and rafting, Aspendos Roman Theatre and many, many more.

Konakli is very attractive town with 29.000 inhabitants, you can find every facility that you are looking for in a holiday resort, but besides that you will always have chance to visit daily veg & fruit markets (largest one each Wednesday). At these markets you can purchase the fresh and crisp vegetables, the juicy fruits which were just picked from the fields of Konakli same day or the day before, because still 50% of the population’s income is from agriculture.

The people who are working in these areas generally speak at least 2 languages each; English is the most common second language so that European citizens don’t feel like foreigners in the town.

In the winter season Konakli is very popular with its warm temperature, which averages 15 degrees from December to March, it was spotted by the locals in December the temperature reached to 23 degrees in average. In 2008 the average number of the sunny days was 300.

Konakli is 48 km to new GAZIPASA AIRPORT which is opening in 2010 and 4 km to the new Alanya yacht marina, 1 hr from 14 PGA golf courses, 2 hr from 2 ski centres, the surrounding facilities/activities are scuba diving, river rafting, jeep safari, sea fishing, trekking, cycling on the pine forests, boat trips, water sports, very near to ancients cities for the ones who are interested in history.

Alternatively items can be replaced by clients on a like for like basis.
