The villas is situated 10 minutes from the cozy centre of Alanya in a quiet green area. 500 metres above sea level with stunning views to the Mediterranean Sea. Alanya has a lot of restaurants pubs and shops.

The villa is 240 square metres big and has a plot of 450 sq metres 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Double garage underneath the villa. All 5 rooms AC. Private pool with jacuzzi. The best views you would imagine.

The Mediterranean Coast region

The Mediterranean coast also known as the Turkish Riviera. The are flights ale year round as well as sunny weather. The is a lot sightseeing in this area.

Alanya area

Loads of places to visit, all easily accessible by bus, coach or car - try Side, the waterfalls at Manavgat, Pamukkale. Then there are the local caves and the gorgeous castle (with 7 km of walls and over 100 towers!)
There are markets and bazaars most days, beach bars (nearest is just 200m away!), forests, rivers, gorges - the list is endless.

And the beach offers loads of water sports - and good fishing! Alanya castle dominates the coastline, with two long sandy beaches, one on each side. Seated at the foot of the Taurus Mountain range and famous for its views, Alanya enjoys a cosmopolitan feel with a lively harbor area, it has many great bars and restaurants offering traditional Turkish cuisine, as well as many shops and cafes.

How to get there

Car hire is essential. a car with 1600 cc motor is required because the villa is 500 metres above sea level.

Unfortunately, we have to ask for a 450 Euro security bond to cover any damages that may occur to the villa, its contents and amenities.

This is refundable max. 3 weeks after the villa is vacated, allowing us to make the checks required.

Cleaning cost are extra: 125 Euro

Payment details: 30% at time of booking, and balance payable one month before arrival.
