Home description

A large luxerius villa with its own pool, 300 sqm terrace and a great view over the Mediterrian ocean and Alanya city. Aircondition in all rooms.

Ground.floor: Hall, bathroom, kitchen, one bedroom with exit to the terrace, dining room and livingroom with a sitting group, satelite-TV, DVD-player, stereo and Internet connection (from oct 2008). Entrance from the terrace to the living room.

1st floor: Hall, master bedroom (35 sqm) with bathroom and exit to a balcony, 2 bedrooms (30 and 20 sqm), both with exit to a balcony and a large bathroom with shower, jacuzzi and washing machine.

The terrace has eight sunbeds, flowers, a outdoor shower and a swimming pool.

The Mediterranean Coast region

Alanya boasts 300 sunshine days per year. East of Antalya is Alanya on the southern slopes of the Taurus mountains. Alanya nestles on a rocky cape between two glorious sandy beaches 13 km long eastern beach and 3 km Cleopatra beach. On the top of the cape is a fortress built in 1200 which boasts one of the most beautiful views in the area. Watersports are available on the beach. There are many lovely restaurants to try serving superb international cuisine with breathtaking views over the mediterranean.

The climate in Alanya region in the Summer is 26 C – 38 C in the Winter 17 C – 24 C. Usually humid and warm in the summer, warm and sometimes rainy in the winter; very comfortable for all, whether old or young, Alanya is one of the warmest spots in Turkey.

In the old town you find many old houses, towers and mosques, as well as a nice small harbour. At the waterfront there are plenty of friendly bars, tea-houses, cafes and restaurants.

Below the citadel you find sea caves and grottoes. Some can only be reached by boat but you can walk up to the most famous, Damlatas or "Cape of Dripping Stones". The beautiful cave has a host of impressive stalactites and stalagmites with a moist warm atmosphere said to benefit asthma sufferers.

Shopping: Alanya has a range of good shops, and part of the fun is perfecting your haggling skills. Barring food items, bargaining on everything is expected and patience is key; one can usually expect to get prices marked down by 30 to 50 percent. Alanya offers some excellent jewellery stores, as well as leather goods and clothing stores, a local market, and the usual tourist tat.

Restaurants: Alanya has a large range of restaurants, catering for a variety of tastes, from traditional Turkish food to McDonalds. Some serving traditional Turkish dishes such as a delicious Ottoman stew, and English-style breakfasts and Sunday roasts. Try a kebab or mezze platter, followed by a cold Efes beer for an authentic Turkish experience.

Nightlife: Much of Alanya's nightlife is centred on the harbour, but several more locally frequented bars and clubs can be found tucked away in the side streets. Some of the clubs close relatively early, but a free shuttle ferries serious partiers to Auditorium, an enormous venue that stays buzzing until the wee hours and is away from the town centre. Several venues also provide more traditional entertainment such as belly dancing, fire shows and traditional music.

Activities: There are several interesting sights to explore in Alanya, including the medieval Alanya Castle and remains of a Seljuk village, the Red Tower, and nearby Damlatas Caves. Other than sunbathing and good swimming, there is also a water park, golfing, mountain biking, bungee jumping, river rafting on the Alara River, and excellent diving on offer.

Airplane to Antalya and bus or car to Alanya. We serve you with a rental car, and you'll be picked up at the airport and driven to the villa.

The renting price include a rental car which is rented on your name, and you'll be picked up at the airport and transported to the villa. You will meet our representative at the villa.

The villa will be cleaned before and after your holiday, also included in the rentalprice.

Concerning payment, all prices in euro. Payment must be doned before arrival to our norwegian bank, or to our turkish bank.
Half deposit when rentalcontract is signed.
