About the home

This stunning Detached Villa with private pool is located on a small hill which is south facing to the Mediterranean sea and close to the town of Alanya which is often referred to as the pearl of the Turkish Riviera. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from Alanya the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local markets for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

Inside the Villa is very spacious with a sunken living area and a raised dining area. The modern style kitchen has been fitted with all electrical appliances and cookware. There is a downstairs WC and spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. Upstairs there is a very large landing area with seating desk and 3 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds.

Please Note: Help is available 7 days a week if and when you need it during your stay. Also if you need any advice about local area, shopping, children needs or anything else before traveling then please contact us. We are here to help you at all times.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a large family bathroom with shower and downstair WC with a Toilet and wash basin. From the landing there is a large balcony with furniture so you can have your morning coffee and enjoy the views. Outside on the ground floor there is a spacious pool terrace and private gardens with stunning sea views and furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. The villa is ideal for families with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Villa is fully serviced so all you need to do is bring your clothes, relax and have a great time. We supply all the bedding and towels but not beach towels, so all you have to bring is your clothes. The Villa is set up for self-catering purposes, so everything is provided for all your needs. If there is anything in particular that you may need please ask and we try to oblige.

A Welcome Breakfast pack will be provided on arrival, just a few things to get you started and later we can guide you to the nearest supermarket. English-speaking representatives will be on hand to answer any questions and 24/7 Reception service available. All our prices include laundry & cleaning before and after your stay, any additional services required must be paid by the guest.

The Mediterranean Coast region

Alanya is a fast growing town about 135 km east of Antalya. Quite often called the pearl of the Turkish Riviera, Alanya has become well known world-wide because of its clean, sandy beaches, and crystal clear, deep blue waters mixed with the excellent climate of the Mediterranean sun.
Because of its picturesque back drop of the Taurus Mountains, and its subtropical climate, many people visit Alanya both as a winter health resort and as a summer seaside resort. It is said that Alanya has more than 300 days of sunshine a year. The winters here are very mild with temperatures on a sunny day between 12c – 15c. During winter season from Alanya on a clear day you can see the snowcapped mountains of Antalya.

There are many places to visit in this region, i.e. Alanya Castle, Dimcay Valley, Damlatas Caves, Side, Manavgat Lakes and many, many more, Turkey is an open museum packed full of ancient history.
Alanya has a lot of outdoor activities to suit everyone, like watersports which include, para-sailing, jet skis, banana boats, diving, water skiing, and white water rafting, there is also a water park in Alanya centre, there are boat trips and day trips, jeep safaris, and much more. Lunch at Dimcay Valley and then have a cool swim in the river, perfect for the summer months.
Alanya has over 1000 restaurants so you won’t be stuck for somewhere to eat, there is also a Burger King and 2 Mc Donald’s in the town, perfect for the kids. Some restaurants offer Lavas (a special Turkish flat loaf bread) with a chilli dip and a yoghurt dip, very tasty! But be sure not to have starters as well as you won’t have room for your main course.

You will be able to Book your desired rental property for your preferred dates. The booking is completed with automatic confirmation from the booking system using PayPal secure system. You can pay with any of the Credit/Debit Cards as follows:

Master Card, Master/Eurocard, Vias/Delta/Electron, Discover, American Express, Switch/Mastro and Solo.

Option-2: Reserve On-Line and pay by Cash to our HSBC Bank in UK. The booking will be confirmed by email as soon as you have sent the money to our account. Please note bookings can only be confirmed after the money has been received and the booking calendar has been updated. (Account details will be available on the last stage of your reservation).

Option-3: Reserve by email or phone. The booking will be confirmed by email as soon you have paid the money in to our account. Please note bookings can only be confirmed after the money has been received and the booking calendar has been updated.

Option-4: Easy Payment Options: Subject to availability we can offer you easy Payment options,

such as Monthly Payments -or- 25% Deposit on booking, 50% Payment within 12 weeks of arrival date and the final payment of 25% to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Please contact us for details.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1. Security Deposit: As indicated for each property. This is 100% refundable and will be paid back within 7 days after the holiday has ended and subject to satisfactory inspection of the rental property. The Security Deposit should be paid at the time of booking, however if its prefer security deposit can be paid on arrival. Please note: Keys of the property will not be released unless security deposit has been paid.

2. Our prices include cleaning and laundry on your arrival based on one week stay. Any additional cleaning or laundry costs must be paid by the guest.

3. Transfers from/to Antalya Airport are available. Transfer by a private vehicle will be available through an established Transfer company. Please ask for details:

4. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the properties. We would ask you to please use the outside terraces or balconies.

Additional information for the benefit of the Guests is shown below and we would ask all guests to please adhere to a few general safety rules.

5. Swimming pools at the Resort are available for use in season (normally May to October). Opening and closing times are normally available on notice boards at the Resort.

6. Utilities and facilities offered are provided by the Resort Management and therefore, we have no control and cannot guarantee if there are any interruptions.

7. Please do not allow unsupervised children to use the pools. Diving is not permitted as the pools are very shallow.

8. Do not use the pool/sea if you have had any alcohol (the insurance companies will not pay out for any medical expenses if you have an accident).

9. Do not run around the pool area and do not run into the villa with wet feet.

10. Please take care and use Common Sense when using all games and sports activities within the resort or the beach.

11. All reasonable due care has been implemented and therefore, the property owners and the Agent do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage(s) of personal effects however caused while staying in or about the properties.

12. The Owners and Agent will not be liable for change caused by forced major events, i.e. war, riots, strikes, fire, flood, natural disasters, delays at airports or weather conditions or other events beyond their control.

13. Insurance: We strongly advise all clients to take out your own holiday medical insurance including 3rd part indemnity cover for all members of your party.

14. Cancellations by us: Although every effort is made to ensure that the property is made available for you, in the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control would cause the cancellation of any booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time and shall only be liable to refund the monies already paid by the guests or to make alternative arrangements of the same standards with an agreement of the customer.

15. Cancellation by you: In the event that you have to cancel your booking please inform us without delay, therefore allowing us to re-sell your week(s). Once your week(s) is sold we would be in a better position to work out the refund less the admin costs and out of pocket expenses. In any event our management decision is final and is made to satisfy you as well as the Owner of the property.

16. Check-Out and Check-in Times: Normal Check-Out time is 12:00 on the day of your departure and Check-In time is 15:00 on the day of your arrival. However, we will try to accommodate our guests so that they can stay at the property until their transfer arrives depending on arrival times of the next guests and preparing of the property. Guests are asked to advise us of the time of arrival and for any special requests.
