These apartments are very spacious with two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. There is a large family shower room and also a separate WC. All apartments have an open-plan living & dining room leading into the kitchen, which is fully fitted with kettle, toaster, microwave, hob and extractor fan. There is a large corner sofa set in the living area which opens into a large double bed or two single beds, a 32" flat screen TV, DVD, and satelite TV is fitted in every apartment. A Dining table and chairs and also a computer desk are supplied. The "Silver Beach Residence" is a fully serviced property. All apartments have balconies for those who want to eat al fresco or just relax with a nice cold glass of wine or beer. All bedding and towels are supplied so all you have to do is bring your clothes, relax and have a wonderful holiday.

The Mediterranean Coast region
Alanya is a fast growing town about 135 km east of Antalya. Quite often called the pearl of the Turkish Riviera, Alanya has become well known world-wide because of its clean, sandy beaches, and crystal clear, deep blue waters mixed with the excellent climate of the Mediterranean sun. Because of its picturesque back drop of the Taurus Mountains, and its subtropical climate, many people visit Alanya both as a winter health resort and as a summer seaside resort. It is said that Alanya has more than 300 days of sunshine a year. The winters here are very mild with temperatures on a sunny day between 12c – 15c. During winter season from Alanya on a clear day you can see the snowcapped mountains of Antalya.
Alanya / Mahmutlar area
There are many places to visit in this region, i.e. Alanya Castle, Dimcay Valley, Damlatas Caves, Side, Manavgat Lakes and many, many more, Turkey is an open museum packed full of ancient history. Alanya has a lot of outdoor activities to suit everyone, like watersports which include, para-sailing, jet skis, banana boats, diving, water skiing, and white water rafting, there is also a water park in Alanya centre, there are boat trips and day trips, jeep safaris, and much more. Lunch at Dimcay Valley and then have a cool swim in the river, perfect for the summer months. Alanya has over 1000 restaurants so you won’t be stuck for somewhere to eat, there is also a Burger King and 2 Mc Donald’s in the town, perfect for the kids. Some restaurants offer Lavas (a special Turkish flat loaf bread) with a chilli dip and a youghart dip, very tasty! But be sure not to have starters as well as you won’t have room for your main course.
How to get there
At the moment Antalya is the nearest airport which is 1.5 hours drive but there will be a new airport opening soon which will only be about a 20min drive away from Alanya. It is planned to start operating as from April 2009. There are daily direct flights from the UK and Europe throughout the summer and winter season.

There are lifts fitted from ground floor to the 6th floor for the conveience of our guests. We have provided everything that we think is needed so our guests feel that it is home from home. We can arrange day trips and outings for all our guests and a guided tour of Alanya and the surrounding area. We can recommend restaurants, bars and places to shop so our guests can have complete peace of mind and know that they are in safe hands. As we are based in Alanya, we can answer all of your queries 24/7.
Further details outdoors: Mahmutlar is an up and coming little town and in the last 5 years has seen an increase in tourists from UK and Scandinavian countries. There are plenty of shops and twice a week there is a local market for all your supplies at a fraction of the price that you would pay in the shops. Scattered along the streets are many local turkish tea houses and restaurants. There is local transport to the main town of Alanya which is only 15 mins away if you want the hustle and bustle or a 5 min walk will take you into the centre of Mahmutlar.

A Welcome Breakfast pack will be provided on arrival, just a few things to get you started and later we can guide you to the nearest supermarket. All our prices include cleaning and laundry before and after your stay. Any additional cleaning or laundry costs must be paid by the guests. As we are based in Alanya, we will be on hand to answer any questions and help to make your holiday memorable.
Conditions
1. A provisional booking may be made by telephone or email, dates will be held for 7 days while awaiting payment, if the payment is not received within 7 days the property will become available again. A 50% deposit will be required upon booking. We will confirm your booking with an email once the payment has been received. 2. The final balance of 50% must be paid within 3 weeks of the rental starting date. 3. Refundable Security Deposits will be paid back to you as soon as the property has been inspected and should be in your account within 7 days. 4. Transfers from/to Antalya Airport from £20/person each way. (4 sharing)
You may add the transfers and security deposits to the rental costs. All our prices include cleaning of the property before and after your stay and laundry of all bedding and towels. Any additional cleaning and laundry services must be paid by the guests. We also include a Welcome Breakfast pack just to get you started. We can also offer you an optional guided tour of Alanya and the surrounding areas, so as to make you aware of the area.
We can accept payments by cash or bank transfers (which would be the simplest way to pay) in GBP or Euros to our UK HSBC account and any refunds due would be paid back the same way. Details of our bank account will be forwarded to you once a confirmed booking is made.
Additional Terms & Conditions for the benefit of the Guests will be shown below: 1.Smoking is not permitted inside the property. We would ask you to please use the outside terraces or balconies. 2.The property owners do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage(s) of personal effects however caused while staying in or about the property. 3. The owners will not be liable for change caused by forced major events, i.e. war, riots, strikes, fire, flood, natural disasters, delays at airports or weather conditions or other events beyond their control. 4. We strongly advise you to take out your own holiday and medical insurance for all members of your party. 5. Cancellations: Although every effort is made to ensure that the property is made available for you, in the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control could cause the cancellation of any booking, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time and shall only be liable to refund the monies already paid by the guests or to make alternative arrangements of the same standards with the agreement of the guests. 6. In the event that you cancel your booking, for whatever reason, the following cancellation charges will apply 8 weeks prior to the rental date you will lose the deposit 6 weeks prior to the rental date you will lose 50% of total rental costs 4 weeks prior to the rental date you will lose 75% of total rental costs Less than 4 weeks prior to the rental date you will lose the full rental costs
