Accommodation Summary: Two floor Villa-Apart Penthouse with upper large sun terrace with sun loungers, excellent on-site 5 star amenities for all ages. 1st floor: 1-Bedroom (with Kingsize Bed and a single bed), Livingroom/Kitchen with Sofa beds, Bath/Shower room and Balcony. 2nd floor: Super Kingsize Bed, Bath/Shower room and sun terrace. ====================================================================================== This 2 bedroom Apart/Villa Penthouse has its own separate entrance. It is within a complex which has excellent facilities for all the family from babies to grandparents. The Apartment is fully serviced so all you need to do is bring your clothes, relax and have a great time. The Apartment is south facing to the Mediterranean sea and surrounded by the Taurus mountain range so the views are truly spectacular. There is a free return shuttle service to the beach and also Alanya town centre many times during the day and evening. The accommodation is very spacious with one bedroom downstairs which has a large king size bed and a separate single bed, living/dining area, kitchen and family bathroom and upstairs there is a second bedroom with a super king size bed and separate bathroom. The Mediterranean Coast region
Alanya is a fast growing town about 135 km east of Antalya. Quite often called the pearl of the Turkish Riviera, Alanya has become well known world-wide because of its clean, sandy beaches, and crystal clear, deep blue waters mixed with the excellent climate of the Mediterranean sun. Because of its picturesque back drop of the Taurus Mountains, and its subtropical climate, many people visit Alanya both as a winter health resort and as a summer seaside resort. It is said that Alanya has more than 300 days of sunshine a year. The winters here are very mild with temperatures on a sunny day between 12c – 15c. During winter season from Alanya on a clear day you can see the snowcapped mountains of Antalya.

There are many places to visit in this region, i.e. Alanya Castle, Dimcay Valley, Damlatas Caves, Side, Manavgat Lakes and many, many more, Turkey is an open museum packed full of ancient history. Alanya has a lot of outdoor activities to suit everyone, like watersports which include, para-sailing, jet skis, banana boats, diving, water skiing, and white water rafting, there is also a water park in Alanya centre, there are boat trips and day trips, jeep safaris, and much more. Lunch at Dimcay Valley and then have a cool swim in the river, perfect for the summer months. Alanya has over 1000 restaurants so you won’t be stuck for somewhere to eat, there is also a Burger King and 2 Mc Donald’s in the town, perfect for the kids. Some restaurants offer Lavas (a special Turkish flat loaf bread) with a chilli dip and a youghart dip, very tasty! But be sure not to have starters as well as you won’t have room for your main course.
How to get there
At the moment Antalya is the nearest airport which is 1.5 hours drive but there will be a new airport opening soon which will only be about a 20min drive away from Alanya. It is planned to start operating as from April 2009. There are daily direct flights from the UK and Europe throughout the summer and winter season.

Further details indoors: This property has an excellent sun terrace with excellent views to the mediterranean sea and Alanya Castle and mountains. The property is south facing but has the sun from early morning to late evening and the sunsets are spectacular. There is a buggy service which can taxi you around the complex and take you up to the hotel pools and restaurants, or you can take a leisurely walk up and enjoy the gardens and the views.

Summary of Terms:

1. A provisional booking may be made by telephone or email, dates will be held for 7 days while awaiting payment, if the payment is not received within 7 days the property will become available again. A 50% deposit will be required upon booking. We will confirm your booking with an email once the payment has been received.
2. The final balance of 50% must be paid within 3 weeks of the rental starting date.
3. Refundable Security Deposits will be paid back to you as soon as the property has been inspected and should be in your account within 7 days.
4. Transfers from/to Antalya Airport are available. By a private car cost from £20/persons for up to 4 persons with four medium size suitcases. By a Transporter cost around £16/person (minimum 8 people) depending on number of people sharing.
You may add the transfers and security deposits to the rental costs. All our prices include cleaning of the property before and after your stay and laundry of all bedding and towels. Any additional cleaning and laundry services must be paid by the guests. We also include a Welcome Breakfast pack just to get you started. We can also offer you an optional guided tour of Alanya and the surrounding areas, so as to make you aware of the area.
We can accept payments by cash or bank transfers (which would be the simplest way to pay) in GBP or Euros to our UK HSBC account and any refunds due would be paid back the same way. Details of our bank account will be forwarded to you once a confirmed booking is made.

5.Smoking is not permitted inside the property. We would ask you to please use the outside terraces or balconies.
6.The property owners do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage(s) of personal effects however caused while staying in or about the property.
7. The owners will not be liable for change caused by forced major events, i.e. war, riots, strikes, fire, flood, natural disasters, delays at airports or weather conditions or other events beyond their control.
8. We strongly advise you to take out your own holiday and medical insurance for all members of your party.
9. Cancellations: Although every effort is made to ensure that the property is made available for you, in the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control could cause the cancellation of any booking, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time and shall only be liable to refund the monies already paid by the guests or to make alternative arrangements of the same standards with the agreement of the guests.
10. In the event that you cancel your booking, for whatever reason, the following cancellation charges will apply
# 8 weeks prior to the rental date you will lose the deposit
# 6 weeks prior to the rental date you will lose 50% of total rental costs
# 4 weeks prior to the rental date you will lose 75% of total rental costs
Less than 4 weeks prior to the rental date you will lose the full rental costs
