Inside the apartment, the spacious open plan living area has ample lounge and dining seating for 6 with double patio doors opening onto the front balcony which overlooks the Mediterranean.
There is a shared pool for swimming, a round children pool for the non swimmer and large sun terrace with sun loungers. The area is surrounded by beautiful greenery and the complex offers seating to the front overlooking the Mediterranean where you can sit, relax and watch the sunset, a true Turkish Delight.

The Mediterranean Coast region
Avsallar is situated on the Mediterranean coast and is known as the Turkish Riviera; boasting beautiful sandy beaches and turquoise blue clear water. The sea is normally warm and a delight for swimmers The region has an extremely good climate with an average of 320 days of sunshine a year.
Excursions are available to many tourist attractions and the region boasts plenty of historical places of interest e.g the Roman Towns of Side and Perge to name but a few.
The Turkish people are extremely friendly and try their best to please.
Alanya / Avsallar area
Avsallar is the most popular of the smaller towns in the region with two of the coasts best sandy beaches and it enjoys an abundance of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and 5 star hotels. Once a week Avsallar is the venue for one of the largest outdoor markets in the area where local produce can be purchased at very reasonable prices.
The resort is set in pleasant countryside with forests and nature at its best making it an ideal location for walking or picnics.
The city of Alanya with its beautiful Medieval Castle is situated high up on a hill and can be seen clearly as you drive into the city. The castle separates the marina area from the famous Cleopatra beach. A must is the wonderful DImcayi River, crystal clear waters running from the mountains about 8km east of Alanya. Here you will find a variety of restaurants where the tables are floating in the river and you can enjoy a relaxing lunch under the cool of the trees.
There is a regular bus service from Avsallar to Alanya day and night. Avsallar is situated just a few miles from one of the largest water parks in Turkey and has we believe one of the very best beaches.
The ancient ruins of Side with its amphitheatre is only 30 minutes away. Why not try one of the many traditional Turkish baths available in the area Where you can enjoy an invigorating massage and relax in comfortable surroundings.
How to get there

Avsallar is easily found on the direct coast road from Antalya Airport and is approximately 1 hour travelling time.

Further details indoors: In the main living area there is comfortable sofa seating, coffee table, television with dvd and cd player. The balcony is furnished with a dining table and seating for 6 people so that you can relax and enjoy a meal taking in the peaceful and beautiful surroundings.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. A large wardrobe/storage area is provided in the hallway adjacent to the main bathroom. A safe is also provided for your safe keeping of valuables. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds in each and adequate drawer space.
The fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, micro wave, large fridge / freezer, with ice making compartment for those relaxing and cooling cocktails, toaster, kettle, and more than ample crockery, glassware and cookware for 6 people.
The main bathroom offers a Jacuzzi bath with shower over and the second bathroom has a free standing enclosed shower. A washing machine is also provided. Towels are made available for your use.(not pool or beach)
Beyond the main bathroom is a fully fitted sauna to ease away your aching muscles. The bedrooms and living areas all air conditioned to provide you with a cool environment in the summer months and when needed can also be used to provide heating in the cooler months.
All the windows and patio door have shutters installed to give a peacefully nights sleep.

The town centre of Avsallar is within walking distance and offers shopping, bars, restaurants and caffes. The area is also well served by public transport offering easy access into the city of Alanya.
