The property is finished to a very high standard throuhout in marble with neutral decor with concealed lighting. There are two balconies one overlooking the pool and another large balcony looking out across a banana plantation towards the sea.

Numerous local bars, tavernas, restaurants and cafes with the busier nightlife and clubs of the harbour only a short Dolmus ride away. For families there is a large swimming pool and children's pool with communal garden, an Aqua park in the town centre and the usual attractions along the beach front such as trampolines, crazy golf etc.

This property has wide hallways and door ways to accommodate the elderly and disabled. A onsite caretake will take care of your holiday requests.

Alanya / Mahmutlar area

Alanya is an attractive town located on a small rocky peninsula surrounded on the north by the Taurus mountains and the south by the Mediterranean Sea. It is famous for its history, tourism, its beautiful beaches and bewitching beauty.

This is a year round resort with average sea temperature of 21.6C which of course provides for a long swimming season. The fact that one can swim in the sea most of the year adds to the attraction of Alanya. The Alanya fortress is one of the most resistant and best preserved fortresses in the whole of Anatolia. This is well worth a visit either by foot dont worry there are many restaurants and small bars to stop at on the way up or by taxi.

Alanya is steep in history and this can be found everywhere from the Red Town to the harbour and ancient dock yards. There are boat trips from the harbour around the coves and to the caves. There are also many more caves to discover The Damlatas Cave, The Pirates Cave, The Phosphorus Cave, Lovers Cave, Cave of Maidens Crevice,Kadiini Cave and Dim Cave located in the Dim valley consisting of 4 galleries and 350m deep.

Alanya has museums such as the archeological museum and important ruins and ancient remains. For those just wanting to relax Alanya has some of the best beaches in Turkey such as Cleopatra Bech, Incekum beach and reserve, Damlatas beach and Emirgan beach and resort. There is also a large Aqua Park which a whole day can be spent here, there is crazy golf and the ususal attraction you would expect to find in a popular resort.

Bars and taverns cater for every need from the local taverna to sophisticated wine bars and night clubs. Restaurtant are varied too with cafes and snack bars to traditional cuisine and continental establishments. The Harbour is the busies area this is where all the nightlife can be found

How to get there

Currently flights from most UK airports all year round to Antalya. In 2009 Gazipaza airport will be opening to selected flights and is only 15 minutes away.
