The town centre of Avsallar is within walking distance and offers shopping, bars, restaurants and cafes. The area is also well served by public transport offering easy access into the city of Alanya.
The 5 star developement in which the apartment is situated enjoys spectacular views over the Mediterraneanand and to the rear the Taurus mountains. There is 24 hour on site security at the development offering residents a peaceful and safe holiday experience.

The Mediterranean Coast region
Avsallar is situated on the Mediterranean coast and is known as the Turkish Riviera ; boasting beautiful sandy beaches and clear water. The region has an extremly nice climate with an average of 320 days of sunshine a year.
Excursions are available to many tourist attractions and the region boasts many historical places of interest The sea is normally warm and a delight for swimmers.
The Turkish people are very friendly and try their best to please.
Alanya / Avsallar area
Avsallar is the most popular of the smaller towns in the region with two of the coast's best sandy beaches and it enjoys an abundance of shops, bars , cafes ,restaurants, and 5 star hotels. Weekly Avsallar is the venue for one of the largest out door markets where goods can be purchased at very low prices.
The resort is set in pleasant countryside with forests and nature at its best making it an ideal location for walking or picnics.
Alanya is a city which boasts its medieval castle situated high up on a hill seperating the marina area and the famous Cleopatra beach. A must is the wonderful DImcayi : This is a crystal clear river running from the mountains east of Alanya about 8km. You can find loads of restaurants on the river where the tables are floating in the river and at some of them there are small restaurant table huts attached to the side of the rock face overlooking the river.
There is a regular bus service from Avsallar to Alanya day and night.
Avsallar is situated just a few miles from one of the largest water parks in Turkey and has we believe one of the very best beaches.
The ancient ruins of Side with its ampitheatre is only 30 minutes away
There are many traditional Turkish baths in the area offering you help to soak away the hard work of shopping indulgences .

The balcony is furnished with comfortable seating for 6 people and 2 sun loungers to relax in the peaceful and beautiful surroundings.
The master bedroom is equsitively furnished with a double bed and wardrobe space providing a relaxing ambience. A safe is also provided for your safe keeping of valuables. The second bedroom is also furnished in an enchanting style with 2 single beds and adequate wardrobe space.
The fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, large fridge / freezer section,with ice making compartment for those relaxing and cooling cocktails, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave , juice maker and more than ample crockery, glassware and cookware for 6 people.
The bathroom offers a jacuzzi bath with shower over and the en suite has a free standing enclosed shower. A washing machine is also procided and fluffy towels for bath and pool made available for your use.
The bedrooms and and living areas all air condtioning to provide you with a cool envirmonemt in the summer months and when needed can also be used to provide heating in the cooler months.
