About the home

The villa benefits from 5 large bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite the other two share a large family bathroom/WC with a further shower/WC room on the ground floor. The large private pool has a shallow end with steps, ideal for children. There is a large shaded eating area on the terrace as well as an area with spectacular views ideal for sunbathing. This terrace leads down to the garden area, where many fruit trees have been planted.

Conditions

Deposit require upon booking of £200, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival
Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure from the villa (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Electricity allowance of £50 per week, anything over this amount will be charged at the end of your stay.

The Mediterranean Coast region

Excellent climate with approximatley 320 days of sunshine per year. There are several tour companies in the village who offer excurtions to all of the local attractions i.e., Perge and Aspendos.

In the town there are many good restaurants, bars and shops. Avsaller has its own weekly market where you can pick up a bargain. Avasaller is a family resort and the villa is ideal for two families to share.

The Alanya / Avsallar area

As well as the fantastic sandy beaches where you can enjoy such activities as parasending, jet skis and other boat trips, there is also diving and balloon trips to enjoy. There is also the largest water park on this coast some 15 minutes drive away. This area is rich in historical sites with several complete amphitheatres.

Thomas cook, thompsons, first choice, my travel, goldtrail and other airlines all fly to Antalya Airport, from Gatwick, Stanstead, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle. From the airport you can either get a taxi or it can be arrange for a car hire company to meet you at the airport. Car hire cost from 30 Euros per day and a taxi cost about 50 euros each way.
