Unfortunately, we have to ask for a £300 security bond to cover any damages tthat may occur to the villa ,its contents and amenities . This is refundable a week after the villa is vacated, allowing us to make the checks required. Alternatively, you may make prior arrangements for the checks before departure and the handover of the villa with our company colleagues in Alanya.
