About the home

Sea Star Residence consists of 4 blocks on a land of 8632 m2. It is one of the biggest and finest family complexes in Oba. We are only 200 m to the beach. Still we have a large swimming pool (375 m2) with jacuzzi, children and slides section.

Oba is very popular both for locals and European families with its beautiful streets,landscaping and facilities. Within walkin distance you can find delicious restaurants in Oba Area. If you want to get to Alanya centrum which is only 4 km, you can take public transport every 5 minutes on the beach road.,Alanya which is 200 m to the beach. Every Thursday we have open bazaar right in front of Sea Star where you can find fresh vegetables and fruits sold by villagers. And in February 2013, Turkey's best supermarket brand Migros opened a big supermarket just next to Sea Star Residence.

Our rental apartment is fully furnished. It is 80 m2 net and we have 2 balconies. We have one bathroom and a guest toilette. And a depot room. Our apartment is very comfortable for families.

Our complex has 24/7 security and our staff is always ready to assist you with your technical or local problems during your stay.

Sea Star Residence is a wonderful family complex with many facilities. We have a beautiful garden with terraces and barbeque area for your use. We have a tennis court in the garden area. In our game room you can enjoy billiards,table-soccer, table-tennis and air hockey with your family and friends. We also have a fitness room and a sauna for communal use.

Alanya’s silky sandy beaches stretch for miles either side of this bustling holiday town. Set at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, the area is dominated by views of the stunning Selcuk fortress.

Alanya also offers the sun seeking visitor a lively harbour area, great bars and restaurants and plenty to take home from the range of colourful Turkish shops.

You can get to Alanya via Antalya Airport. There are several flight companies fliying to Antalya throughout the year. Alanya is 130 km far from Antalya Airport. We can arrange luxury private minibus transfer to Alanya for 60 euros (1-4 persons). Or we can have a rental car waiting ready for you at the airport.
