About the home

This Villa is located close to the town centre and just a further 200 yds to one of the top Turkish sandy beaches.(There are several nice sandy beaches close by) This luxury villa is spacious and well furnished apart from the three bedrooms has a large party /sun deck at the top of the building with excellent views overlooking Avsallar and the sea to the front and also mountain/forest views to the side.
The pool is large for Turkish villa standards and also has a children's pool. You will find the local Turkish people exceptionally friendly
There is a BBQ by the pool and another on the second terrace.
There are many excursions available. One of the best water parks is just a short drive away also a new Dolphinarium. White water rafting and all water sports available.
A two bedroomed flat is also available.

The Alanya / Avsallar area

The town of Avsallar is a modern town situated just two hundred yards from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Turkish Riviera, you will find restaurants, bars and shops to suite most tastes.
One of the top water parks in Turkey is just a few kilometres away and Alanya is a twenty minute drive.
There is also a new Dolphinarium five minutes away and a choice of lovely sandy beache's.

“600m up a steep slope” This property is not where the website says it is. Ive measured it on google earth and its a total of 645m to the town centre. Most of this is a steep uphill climb. Dont forget you've just... more
