This 1 bedroom Apartment is within the Hotel complex which has excellent facilities for all the family from babies to grandparents. The Apartment is fully serviced so all you need to do is bring your clothes, relax and have a great time.

Accommodation; The Living room has a single Sofa bed, separate fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric 2 ring ceramic hob & extractor, fridge and combi oven & microwave. There is a separate dining area, and a large balcony with stunning views to the Mediterranean sea. The Double Bedroom has a super Kingsize Bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers with 2 bedside cabinets. The En-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath & shower and a washing machine.

There is a free return shuttle service to the beach and also Alanya town centre many times during the day and evening. The shuttle service also drops off at the town of Mahmutlar so you can do your local shopping or go to the local tourist market which runs twice a week, (Tuesdays & Saturdays).

The apartment is very comfortably set up, like home from home. If there is anything in particular that you may need just ask and we shall do our best to oblige. We supply all the bedding and towels and you may hire beach towels from the hotel reception for a small refundable deposit, so no need to pack them. Baby-cots and High Chairs are available at a small charge. The apartment is set-up for self-catering purposes and we will include a Welcome Breakfast Pack to get you started on your first morning, afterwards we can show you around the complex and point you in the direction for the nearest supermarkets and shops and give you some information about the surrounding area. Goldcity has many restaurants on site so you will have plenty to choose from. There is also a supermarket on site too.

We include all bed linen and towels but not beach towels, but you may hire beach towels from the hotel reception for a small refundable deposit (approx. €10). We will be on site throughout your stay but there are other English-speaking representatives on hand to answer any questions and a 24/7 Reception service is available. All our prices include cleaning and laundry of the apartment before and after your stay, any additional services must be paid by the guest. BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Option 1: Payments can be made to our UK HSBC Bank account (Free of transfer charges in UK).

Option 2: Payment by Credit or Debit Card or PayPal is available subject to booking plus an admin fee from 3.9% applied to your total accommodation bookings.

The following General & Safety information are for the benefit of the guests. We would ask all guests to please adhere to rules in Gold City Resort. Any accommodation or services booked with us is on the basis that you accept our terms & conditions in all respect. If you are not sure about anything then please ask.

1. Security Deposit: As indicated for each property. This is 100% refundable and will be paid back around 7 days after the holiday has ended and subject to satisfactory inspection of the rental property. The Security deposit must be paid at the time of booking.

2. Our prices include Cleaning and Laundry on your arrival and departure. Any additional cleaning mid/end of week must be paid by the guest at an additional cost.

3. Transfers from/to Antalya Airport are available. Transfers are normally by a private vehicle arranged through an established Transfer company. We can also arrange a Hire Car if required. Our supplier has a unique service that our past customers prefer and are recommending to other holiday makers.

4. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the properties. We would ask you to please use the outside terraces or balconies.

5. Swimming pools at the Resort are available for use in season (normally May to October). Opening and closing times are normally available on notice boards at the Resort.

6. Utilities and facilities offered are provided by the Resort Management and therefore, we have no control and cannot guarantee if there are any interruptions. In addition the resort operator has provided the ability to read Electrical and Water digital meters from a laptop. We therefore, can provide you cost details and usage any time during your stay.

7. Please do not allow unsupervised children to use the pools. Diving is not permitted as the pools are very shallow.

8. Do not use the pool/sea if you have had any alcohol as insurance companies will not pay out for any medical expenses if you have an accident.

9. There is a lot of Marble used in Gold City Resort so please do not run around the pool area and do not run into the villa with wet feet.

10. Please be aware of your safety and use Common Sense when using all games and sports activities within the resort or the beach.

11. All reasonable due care has been implemented and therefore, the property owners and the Agent do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage(s) of personal effects however caused while staying in or about the properties.

12. The Owners and Agent will not be liable for change caused by forced major events, i.e. war, riots, strikes, fire, flood, natural disasters, delays at airports or weather conditions or other events beyond their control.

13. Insurance: We strongly advise all clients to take out your own holiday medical insurance including 3rd part indemnity cover for all members of your party.

14. Cancellations by us: Although every effort is made to ensure that the property is made available for you, in the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control would cause the cancellation of any booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time and shall only be liable to refund the monies already paid by the guests or to make alternative arrangements of the same standards with an agreement of the booking customer who has paid fully.

15. Cancellation by you: In the event that you have to cancel your booking please inform us without delay, therefore allowing us to re-sell your week(s). Once your week(s) is sold we would be in a better position to work out the refund less the admin costs and out of pocket expenses. In any event our management decision is final and is made to satisfy you as well as the Owner of the property.

16. Check-Out and Check-in Times: Normal check-out time is 12:00 on the day of your departure and Check-In time is 17:00 on the day of your arrival. However, we will try to accommodate our guests so that they can stay at the property until their transfer arrives depending on arrival times of the next guests and preparing of the property. Guests are asked to advise us of the time of arrival and for any special requests.

17. Emergency 24/7 number: Please call Gold City Reception Ext. 7000 free of charge and make sure Receptionist understands. You must also call the Manager ( Abbas Chaliskan) on +90 539 332 0980. Should you have any problems during your stay please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our utmost best to assist you and rectify any problem ASAP.
