'Tetuan' is an original Menorcan casita built in 1912 which has been converted to provide comfortable accommodation for 2 people. It is ideal for those who like to be independent and private but within walking distance to all amenities.

The property is set within its own walled garden. There is a terrace with table and chairs, a BBQ and sunbeds. There is a pretty pergola covered in scented, aromatic plants, lemon and orange trees. There is also a small plunge pool for the sole use of guests.

The Menorca region

Menorca is well known for its beautiful beaches and boasts over 170 of them. The nearest beach is about a 10/15 minute drive or bus ride away and is the longest beach on the island. It lies the south east coast of Spain and is a lovely, tranquil tourist destination with lots of coastline to explore, traditional fishing villages to visit, and walking tours to enjoy. Mahon is the capital city and boasts the second largest natural port in the world. Enjoy a drink or meal along the port and watch the boats go by.

Alaior area

It is approximately a 15 minute drive to the golf course.

The house is located on the edge of the small town of Alaior. A 5/10 minute walk brings you to the centre of the town. Alaior is the third largest town and is central for easy access to all parts of the island.
There are restaurants, bars and cafes to enjoy alfresco dining.

How to get there

The airport is about a 10/15 minute drive away. During the summer season there are many travel companys offering good priced flights. Easyjet fligh during the summer season too. Flight time from the u.k is approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes. To explore all the areas of the island it would be best to hire a car but the location of the property is within walking distance of shops and restaurants and a bus stops 5 minutes walk away from the house. This gives non drivers access to buses all over the island. Bycycle hire is also available.
