Blue Seascape Penthouse Apartment is on the top floor of a 6 apartment building sharing a gated and managed community with a shared large swimming pool.
The owners of the other apartments are mainly from the UK and Ireland and the atmosphere around the pool and complex is relaxed, safe and friendly.
Only 200 metres from the chilled and growing fishing village of Akbuk with its beautiful tree lined coastline, restaurants, children's fairground and mellow bars and cafes.

The Aegean Coast region
Akbuk is renowned for its beautiful turquoise sea, sunsets and fresh clean air. Taking time out to visit the ancient city of Bodrum with its archelogical treasures is recommended, as is the famed ' Temple of Apollo'.
Local Buses travel up and down the coast and within 15 minutes you can be in Didum/ Altinkum with its lively atmosphere, shopping and bars/ nightclubs.
Didum also has a large themed water park which is well worth a day trip too, particularly for families with children.
Akbuk area
Going to the Marketplace that takes place every Friday in Akbuk village not only allows you to pick up some local tradecrafts but also allows you to get a sense of the local community. Local fishing excursions can be booked from the many boats on the bay. Boat trips around the local bays and accessing some water sports activities can also be organised.
The area is characterised by tree lined beeches, lakes, olive groves and pine clad hills.
There is a good beach right at the village of Akbuk.1 kilometre from Akbuk will bring you to a very large sandy beach area which many families use for a day trip. Sights of people having their Picnics and long sleepy lunches are commonplace.
How to get there
Akbuk is based in the South West Agean Coast. Izmir Airport to the North and Bodrum Airport is South.
Flights to Izmir currently from London Gatwick 4 times a week and on Sun Express Airlines 2 times a week.
Charter flights to Bodrum can be found from most UK Airports, though often the Regional Airports run Charter Flights, such as Goldtrail.co.uk from March-October only. London and Dublin Flights can be organised all year.
Travel times to the Apartment are 1 hr 40 minutes from Izmir and 1 hr 15 mins from Bodrum.
Those who wish to have a taxi-transfer organised to and from Airport and the Apartment can do so directly through the booking. Car hire is recommended for travel outside of Akbuk.Example : www.cartrawler.com

The lounge, Kitchen, patio/terrace, shower/bathroom and 2 bedrooms are one one floor with a marble staircase leading to a large en-suite Master Bedroom with its own patio/terrace.
Stunning views, particularly with the sunsets on the bay and later in the evening with the coastal lights and stars. Sitting out on the terrace recently reminded me of a line from the poet Pablo Neruda...'The night is starry and the stars are blue and shiver in the distance'.
Inspiring place indeed. In addition to being good for families and couples Blue Seascape is also a great place for writers and those looking for relaxation/contemplation.
All windows and doors have been fitted with mosquito nets. All bedrooms and main lounge fitted with air conditioners.
Further details
A refundable deposit of £150 is required which will be returned within 2 weeks of departure.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
