A modern and spacious three bedroomed villa on a private complex with a large swimming pool located in the tranquil holiday resort of Akbuk. The villa is just 300 metres from a lovely beach on the stunning blue Aegean of Akbuk bay. There are fabulous sea and mountains views from just about every balcony in this villa and from the private roof terrace the view extends for miles.
The villa is over three floors and comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall with cloaks/WC off, living room with an archway to the fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people and has a full cooker and fridge freezer. Off the kitchen is a large balcony overlooking the pool. The washing machine is in the main bathroom.
There are three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one twin bedded, all are fully furnished with plenty of storage space and have large balconies with lovely views. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and access to the private roof terrace. There is a further bathroom with bath and shower.
The living room has a sofa which converts to a double bed so the villa can easily sleep 8 people. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday is provided. All rooms have either ceiling fans or air conditioning. Linen and towels are provided for use inside the villa (we request you supply your own beach towels)

The Aegean Coast region
The Aegean coast has long hot and dry summers and mild winters. In summer temperatures can reach into the 40s and with the cooling sea breezes offers the perfect holiday climate for those looking for sun, sea and sand! There are many places of interest in the region to suit every taste - historical sites galore, the most famous of which is the ancient city Ephesus,dating back almost 8000 years and under excavation for the last 110, the city is the size of Manchester and remarkably intact.
Beautiful Bafa Lake, a bird watchers paradise with many nesting sites for rare species, the mud baths of Dalyan, Turtle Beach, Pammukale, quaint winemaking villages and a host of other sights to see all within easy reach of Akbuk.
For retail therapy there is the cosmopolitan town of Bodrum with numerous shopping centres and arcades as well as an ancient castle and a large marina. Kusadassi is just one hour away and boasts one of the largest marinas in the region with luxury cruise liners mooring regularly as well as a host of luxury shops, and a weekly market.
The bustling resort of Altinkum is just 20 minutes away from Akbuk and offers a varied mix of cafes bars and nightlife as well as a good choice of shops and a market.
Akbuk area
Akbuk is a self contained relaxed and tranquil resort on the western Aegean coast 20 minutes from the popular resort of Altinkum. Set on a small bay with stunning blue and calm waters and backed by lush mountains Akbuk is the perfect location for a relaxed holiday. For the more active there are several activities available, horse riding, watersports, fishing trips, walking and bike riding.
There are several restaurants, bars and cafes stretching along the seafront promenade, perfect for a quiet drink watching the sunset over the Aegean and for the more lively there are one or two nightclubs and hotels with cabaret or theme nights. The resort has several shops supermarkets, ATM machines and tour agencies and there is a regular bus service to surrounding areas.
There is a weekly market offering a huge choice of goods, locally grown produce, gifts and souvenirs, leather goods, clothing and linens, ceramics and local crafts to name a few.

Flights from most UK airports to: Bodrum (transfer time to apartment approx 60mins) Izmir (transfer time to apartment approx 1 hour 20 mins) Private or shuttle airport transfers can be arranged from £10 per person Please note that you will be required to purchase a Tourist Visa on entry to Turkey at a cost of £10 per person (A £10 note is recommended as no change given)

The complex is in a quiet residential street and is extremely clean and well maintained.
