Quiet and tranquil, Villa Elgetini in Akbuk gives you the opportunity to escape the general hustle bustle holiday scene. Cradled by a green mountain range behind boasting an oxygen humidity rate close to Zero and only 100 meters (approx) from the sea front, restaurants, bars and shops. There are 2 pools either side of the Villa giving you a feeling of space and the complex of only 9 villas is walled and gated for safety so your children dont wander out. Inside is very modern & caters to your every need with TV/Playstation for those hot days and you need to escape the sun let the air con keep your cool. The kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to cook or BBQ & there is a Bottled Water Dispenser to give you chilled water on tap. There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 1 with private balcony and a fully fitted bathroom with Jacuzzi Bath & Shower. The roof terrace is fabulous for sunbathing in private with a built in BBQ & fantastic sea & mountain views. The walk to the Sea Front where you will find Restaurants, Bars & Shops is less than a 2 min walk on level ground, so NO hillside trek home at the end of the night, Marvellous !!!! Akbuk area
Akbuk is a place to stay for holiday-makers who like to take quiet, laid back holidays that want that "Getting away from it all" feeling. A small market town originally, it is located between Bodrum and Didim and is approximately 10 miles from the busy resort of Altinkum. Akbuk is a perfect holiday location with stunning views in every direction, the whole sea-front (approx 4 miles) is lined with trees and paved promenade lit up at night for your evening stroll. There are small bars and restaurants dotted along the sea front and you can really relax after a meal with a warm breeze drifting down from the mountains behind and a cool drink in your hand! This is the place where The turkish holiday themselves its so beautiful, For the children its a great place to be too without hectic traffic to deal with & playparks along the prom, gentle sloping beach for safe bathing they will love it. Turkey is a very family orientated country & there isnt anywhere where children arent welcomed & catered for. During August there are music & dance festivals that are held at the promenade just 100mts away in the evenings for all to enjoy.
There is a local market every friday where you can buy anything from freshly caught fish and plants to clothing and spices. The market sets up early in the morning and is about a 200 meter walk from our Villa.
The small harbour at the front offers boat trips to Altinkum and around the local costal area. You can also pick up fishing trips there too.

Further details indoors: Built with the expectant uk customer in mind, the villa has been constructed & furnished to the highest standards - Porcelain Tiled Floors, Marble Staircase, Granite Breakfast Bar etc. We have tried to give our Villa a home from home feel with a large 28' TV, satellite, Playstation for the kids or adults! Hi-fi, portable CD system for on the top terrace, stone BBQ on Roof Terrace and a portable one downstairs to give you flexibility and most importantly! a water cooler/heater that takes large bottles (delivery available locally) which saves you buying loads of small 1 litre bottles all the time. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to be totally self catering if needed. Washing Machine, Cooker, Microwave & Fridge Freezer. Bathroom has Toilet with built in bidet, Sink, Jacuzzi Bath & Shower Downstairs Toilet/Bidet & Wash Basin
Further details outdoors: The villa is set on a small complex made up of 8 semi-detached properties and 1 detached. Our villa is the detached one situated between 2 pools, so depending where the sun is, you can choose which one to use. Both pools are lit up in the evening for a cooling dip. The large Roof Top Terrace has a brick built BBQ, Prep Sink, Shaded Pagola, Terrace Shower & Patio furniture. A great place to be in the evening watching the stunning sun set from the roof terrace. There is a secure gated driveway to the rear which you can use if you hire a car & the complex is stone walled & gated.

We require a £200 non refundable cancellation deposit on booking. On departure this will be refunded dependent on a damage check
