This grand villa built in 2006, offers any family complete home from home comforts . All rooms have been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Stadun is situated 9 miles from the bustling town of Altinkum complete with it's numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Stadun is situated in a village that is fast becoming a town . The villa is situated on a main road giving easy access to the surrounding towns and cities, and places of interest.

The Aegean Coast region
The southern Agean coast offers a summer climate of about 28 -35`c crystal clear seas, and a mixture of bays and soft sandy beaches.
The whole of this area is superbly innundated with historical sites and places of interest.
Akbuk area
Akbuk is a place where Turkish citizens like to holiday, it has a children's fair and playground (in the summer) it has traditional restaurants offering good value food and wine at about half the price that you would pay in Altinkum.
There are a number of local shops where you can purchase local produce including fresh fruit ,vegetables, and bread.
How to get there
Direct flights from the UK to Bodrum (Milas) airport.
Follow signs for Altinkum, Akbuk is approximately 9 miles before you enter the town of Altinkum. Journey should take approx 50 mins to an hour.
Transfers can be arranged available on request. Car hire can be recommended, again available on request.

Further details indoors: This villa was designed for large families and friends, it offers the facilities for all to be able dine together, and relax together. The master bedroom has a double bed complete with en-suite. The villa is spacious enough that each individual may enjoy his or her own privacy, each bedroom having the luxury of it's own private balcony overlooking the pool, and sea alongside panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
Further details outdoors: Stadun villa offers a private swimming pool approximately 5 x 11 metres complete with underwater lighting.
The gardens are over two levels, offer a relaxing haven for those who wish to soak up the sun, or laze under the palm trees, alternatively there is a patio area for those who wish to sun-bathe on the sun-loungers.
We would like to make all potential guests aware that the villa is situated on a main road which at times can be busy.
Further details
Whilst the villa has a TV which is used solely for the viewing of DVDs, it does not have sky, terrestrial, or any other satellite channels, guests are welcome to use their own DVD's on the system provided
We are also most anxious that guest's understand that this area of Turkey is prone (quite often within the summer months) to water cuts, and as such water should be used sparingly. There is however, an 1100 ltr emrgency tank located in the grounds.
We would like to remind all guests the staircase and tiles in the villa and around the pool area can become very slippery when wet, and would advise all guests to be aware of this and to take precautions as necessary to ensure your safety and well-being throughout your stay at Villa Stadun.
Swimming pool is available from April to October, however this can be extended upon special request (and additional payment) to Villa owners.
Conditions
The villa requires a deposit of a third of the total cost of the sum quoted for your stay in villa stadun, this deposit is non refundable.
There is also payable (at final invoice) a damages deposit of £200 which is refundable provided no breakages/damages are reported, or damages/ breakages not replaced by clients on a like for like basis.
We understand that breakages/damage can accidentally occur, should this happen please advise our maintenance providers immediately who will be happy to point you in the right direction regarding replacing damaged goods, more often than not substantially cheaper than losing the breakages/damages deposit.
No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the house, only in the grounds.

What can we say about this villa, absolutely beautiful, I cannot express to future holiday makers how exceptional this villa is...you would not be disappointed. A car is however essential for sightseeing the surrounding countryside. Mr and Mrs Attridge. Hertfordshire.
