The Aegean Coast region
The Aegean coast has some of the best beaches in Turkey, the area is deep in history with the temple of Apollo only 8 miles away.
Akbuk area
Akbuk is generally a small coastal market and fishing village but has grown over the last few years and is getting bigger but the local council have strict rules governing high rise buildings and noisey bars and night clubs, but there are some beautiful small restaurants and bars with sea views. Every friday they have one of the largest markets in the area which is only a five minuite walk from the villa and you can go just across the road about 200mtrs and buy the fresh fish caught that day at the harbour. There are plenty of small shops in the village such as mini markets, butchers, hairdressers, barbers, car hire, and beech front bars & restaurants.
How to get there
British Airways now fly direct from gatwick to izmir 4 times a week and the transfer time is around 90 mins, or you can book with one of the tour companies that fly into bodrum which is about a 60 mins transfer

Further details indoors: This is one of Turkey's finest built properties, furnished with the best that the country has to offer, with granite floor tiles marble stair case and the highest quality bathroom and kitchen equipment, there is a large TV with dvd, 5.1 surround sound and satellite system for your entertainment. there is an alarm system fitted for added security but there is security on the complex. In fact you will have all the creature comforts you are used to while you are here on holiday.
Further details outdoors: The villa has a huge roof sun terrace with barbeque and sink and covered pegola, or if you want to cool down just pop downstairs to your own private swiming pool. There are 6 sun loungers and a table with 6 chairs including a parasol for you to relax under.

The prices shown for the Villa are per week and includes bed linen & towels changed weekly. But does not cover Insurance or airport transfers, but I can arrange the transfers for you and this will be payable locally.
Conditions
We ask for a £200 non refundable deposit but this will be refunded 2 weeks after you have finished your holiday but any breakages will be deducted from the deposit.
