“Cozy functional studio with everything you need” Great old town location, just a block off the main streets. Did a superb job making sure everything you could need was already tucked in here for you. Also includes a washing machine (hang to dry). They were very easy to rent from and check out. Simply clean up and move out!

“A great location for the centre of Aix” Just back from a very pleasant stay at Precheurs studios and would recommend it to friends and family. The location was ideal if you want to be right in the town centre and Beatrice was very welcoming on arrival. The streets around the studio are very narrow so we only brought the car round on arrival. Parking is quite expensive if you want your car in a secure car park. The studio was tiny but well equipped and the sweets cakes drinks were a nice touch. To be honest we really only slept there but there was a courtyard to eat out in. Just one negative thing, we were asked to make up the bed with clean linen on our departure which we did but thought was a bit strange.

“Authent-aix” Loved my stay in Aix, the neighborhood is quiet at night, conveniently located to visit everywhere on foot, plenty of services in the neighborhood. The apartment was perfect for a couple, lots of hot water and clean!! Courtyard for evening cocktails and mingling with other guests. The owner is very nice and eager to make your stay pleasant.

“Fantastic” Best value for money, great location - walking distance to old town and restaurances, very clean, generous breakfast and very friendly staff. Higly recommending to anyone who likes small and friendly hotels.

“Perfect place to explore the wonderful city Aix-en-Provence” we stayed for two weeks in the house and we really enjoyed our stay! we had everything we needed. The rooms are simple and well equipped in a quiet street very close to the city centre. and of course the little backyard is perfect for having dinner or chatting with other travellers . It's good to stay in a place where you feel save and everyone is very warm welcome. Marc and Beatrice try to solve all possible problems and are two very charming personnalities! I'm sure you'll have a good time there :-) and visiting Aix is always the right decision!

“Great apartment in Aix” Staying at this apartment was a great part of my trip. Marc, the owner, is very hospitable and goes out of his way to help you, so you kind of feel like you already have a friend there while you're staying. I found this place when I saw that there weren't really any hostels in Aix, and hotels in the city (that didn't look disgusting) were too expensive for me. This is a clean, comfortable studio apartment right in the old city part of Aix. It's nothing fancy, but perfect for someone whose budget doesn't include $150/night or more hotels.

“a beautiful and relaxing stay” I loved this place! It was so beautiful, especially the courtyard, and the location was absolutely perfect. Marc is so great -- he took care of every one of our needs and provided us with lots of goodies :) He was also willing to check us in the middle of the night; he is such a kind soul. The bathrooms need to be updated, and it would have been nice with some screens on the windows with the extraordinary number of mosquitoes, but all in all, the studio was lovely and quaint.

“Gem in the centre of Aix” Marc was a great host and the room was fantastic. It was a quick walk to the main street and was very quiet and safe. The room had all the ammenities needed.

“Great place for low budget travelling” Staying here was wonderful. “Very basic and very old apartment but great location. A bit over-priced for what it is.” The landlord for this apartment was very lovely / helpful. The apartment did have access to a phone with free international phone calls and cable TV, but they didn't work. The apartment is in a great location and an easy walk to the city centre / grocery store etc. I found most of the locals in Aix-en provence to be extreemly rude, unfriendly and unwilling to communicate with tourists, even despite my ability to speak a little French. Aix is a beautiful city but it is a regional area and the public transport services reflect this (i.e. ensure that you contact the tourist office and organise day trips before you arrive). All in all a great place to visit but the negative attitude (of 80%) of the locals did impact our trip.

“logement accueillant et bien situe” Le logement est très propre,très fonctionnel, très calme. Le propriétaire est très accueillant. Nous étions bien situés pour pouvoir faire des visites de la ville. Nous sommes très satisfaits de la location et nous la recommanderions à des amis.

“Luminoso studio prossimo al centro” Lo studio si trova in posizione tranquilla, molto comodo per visitare a piedi il centro storico di Aix. Arieggiato da due finestre, è confortevole, attrezzato e servito, nelle parti comuni, da lavatrice, spazio verde e predisposto per stendere i panni, connessione Internet. Il nostro contatto, Mark, è stato molto disponibile e flessibile quando abbiamo avuto un problema con l'auto. Chi ne avesse una dovrà parcheggiarla nei silos, ma è una necessità diffusa ad Aix. Ideale per coppie che non abbiano problemi a salire/scendere le scale.
