Newly furnished, light, sunny apartment (south and west facing) which is full of character (exposed wooden beams, amazing views) and is located on the top floor (4th) of a listed building which is right in the heart of town!
Air conditioned, living room with dining area, self contained kitchen with view onto rooftops, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom + separate WC. The building has en elevator.
Sofa bed (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children) on mezzanine with small office area + separate WC.
Appliances: washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven + hob, flat screen TV, radio
Linen included.
Extra cleaning fee on departure: 95€
The apartment is surrounded by magnificent buildings, restaurants, cafés, squares, museums and boutiques. All sort of Festivals take place in Aix en Provence during the summer as the worldwide known Music Festival. Exhibitions from the most recognise artists, Cezanne and Picasso among others.

Please note that we have a secure garage in multi-storey carpark located 4 mins away on foot: 80 euros/week. Please let us know if you would like to rent the garage when you send your initial enquiry as we have two apartments, but just one garage!
NB: garage is for one small/medium sized car, not large enough for a people carrier (monospace).

The Aix En Provence area
Museums, historic buildings, high standard shops, gourmet restaurants and bars, Aix en Provence is a cultural and beautiful city.
Le Cours Mirabeau created in 1649 is the main avenue of Aix which connects the Mazarin area in the south to the old commercial city in the north. La Rotonde builded in 1860 with 3 statues represents the justice looking towards Aix, agriculture towards Marseille and the the fine arts towards Avignon. The Roi René fountain which shows him with raisins on his hand since he brought the muscat wine to Provence among others.
