The apartment house is an older building, situated in the middle of Chronia, a small fisher village in North Evia.
The house is situated on the stony/pebbled beach, and with its comfortable and cosy apartments offers you the perfect environment to rest. Each apartment has sea view and separate balcony, entrance.
The floor apartments include one bedroom and a bigger kitchen. All bedrooms have a double bed and one single bed. In the kitchen there is an extra cot installed. The entrances of the rooms and kitchens are separated, so bathroom can be used from each sleeping room, without disturbing the others in the apartment. The entrance of the bathroom is from the hall. The balcony is just over the beach.
The yard apartments are different. There are 2 twin apartments, with a room and a kitchen. These two apartments can be considered as one bigger apartment, because they are very close, and have the same balcony. Only one of them has a little yard. It is preferred by families with 5-6 members, and they are rented together, as one.
There is another corner apartment, which is the biggest of all, with 5 beds in the room. It has also a separate kitchen and a small yard in front, it is ideal for families with smaller children.
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, TV and their own large balconies/yards, where you can take your breakfast, enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The Sporades/Evia region
Chronia village is a costal colony of about 100 inhabitants, fishermen and farmers, situated just westernly of Limni town, on the road Limni-Aedipsos.
This colony was formed by Minor Asian refuges, after 1922, who found refugee to the area of Limni. Chronia is a small - pleasant resort for anyone who wants to spend there his summer vacations, attracting a number of tourists during the summer months.
You can buy fresh fish, vegetables, fruits and bread daily, from mobile sellers. For super-market and bakery you can visit either Limni (3km) or Rovies (7 km).
You can enjoy your swim just in front of your balcony, on the pebbled beach of Chronia. You can find organized beach at Kohili (2 km, direction Limni) or Rovies (7 km) with umbrellas and beach-bars. We suggest you to try also the famous beach of Agia Anna, in the Aegean Sea, approximately 30 km from Chronia. Also a big variety of beaches offers you swimming hours in the whole region of North Evia.
A selection of lovely cafes and taverns/restaurants can be found in Limni (3 km) or Rovies (7 km). Here you can enjoy your drink or food, near the crystal clean and blue waters of the Evian Gulf. There is also a very good restaurant at the entrance of Chronia from Limni direction, apr. 500 m from the house, a nice evening walk.
