This is a well-presented self-contained two bedroom apartment in a modern complex completed only two years ago. It is a second floor apartment with lift service. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms (one with double bed, the second with two singles), lounge, kitchen, bathroom and large solarium. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including a fridge freezer and microwave. All kitchen utensils are included. The comfortable lounge has a double sofa and television.
The complex has a communal swimming pool , restaurant and bar. There is a small secured pool for children. The bar and restaurant have friendly English and Spanish-speaking staff. Restaurant opening times are from 10am to 10pm and serves an excellent choice of food. Parking is available in the complex's own underground car park.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The sun shines for more than 300 days in a year. Costa Calida is surrounded by balmy seawater, making the coast ideal for water sports like sailing, swimming, water-skiing, canoeing and wind surfing, among others. Costa Calida is also rising as a favourite first class golf destination.
Aguilas area
There is also plenty to interest those interested in rock-climbing, walking and mountaineering. Three well signposted trails cover different areas of great scenic beauty. They are Castello de San Juan, Hornillo-Fraile and Cope which provide the opportunity to view different local species some of which are protected.
For people who like shopping there is a wide range of shops available including local products, pottery, articles made of Sparta grass and even wine barrels. The Saturday market is always fascinating.
A shopping mall called Aguilas Plaza has been built on the outskirts of Aguilas close to Hornillo and the Los Collados urbanisation. This plaza offers free underground parking and is open until 9pm most nights. Within the Plaza you will find the supermarket, Eroski, several fashion shops including C&A and a range of restaurants/cafes. The food on offer includes Pizzas, Mexican, kebabs and fried chicken. The restaurants are open from 11am until Midnight most nights. The Plaza also houses a cinema and a bowling alley.
There are many monuments and places of interest from the Castle of St John of the Eagles which a climb to the top will be rewarded by an incredible panoramic view of the town and its surroundings to the Cope tower and Dovecot.
