This beautiful large air-conditioned villa is across the road from the beach. It is the ultimate family holiday home. Kids love it. It has 2 large verandas, a huge pool and a toddlers pool. It has a large manicured lawned garden with a boules court and bbq. It has a large salon and kitchen. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs.In the basement there are table tennis and a fuzball table.....CASA CALABARDINA is equipped with internet , wifi , music system ,tv and dvd .
There are 6 small beaches within 5 minutes drive .The local village of Calabardina uncommercialised but still has 7 small restaurants. Aguilas town 5 minutes away is full of traditional restaurants. The market on Saturday morning is enormous and typically Spanish.. This part of Spain is one of the last undeveloped tourist destinations .

THE WEEKLY RATE IS £1500 stg pounds . Payment procedure is one third booking deposit , the balance 3 months prior to arrival. There is a damage deposit of £300 pounds completely refundable within a week of departure. Saturday is change day. check in 4pm , checkout 11am.
Pets welcome - double the damage deposit is required
The Costa Calida region
The climate is similar to the Costa del Sol ,so suitable all year round. It enjoys constant sunshine with daytime temperatures seldom below 18 celcius in winter.Spring and Autumn enjoy daytime temps in the mid twenties and hot in summer . You can golf in Almanzora the only desert golf course in europe which is 30 mins away.There is a water park in Garrucha 30 mins away.
The Aguilas / Calabardina area
Aguilas is famous for its festivals too numerous to mention, its Mardi Gras in mid February is one of the best in Spain.the main attraction of Aguilas is the typical Spanish everyday life , it's non touristy atmosphere with lots and lots of local activity ,shops,tapas bars,restaurants and markets , in short the real vibrant but relaxed Spain.
