This beautifully furnished ground floor apartment has two double bedrooms and one single but with an extra bed under single. Ample living accommodation and the advantage of a utility room. Outside showers for cooling off after a day at the beach which is just 1 minute from the apartment. The resort is very Spanish with several bars and restaurants all within walking distance.
The nearest town of Aguilas is just 5 minutes drive which hosts a fishing harbour in addition to a yacht harbour a casino and plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. The coast line surrounding Aguilas has many unspoilt coves where you can drive your car right on to the beach.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
This is one of the hottest regions in Spain with 355 days recorded sunshine. Aguilas has an extensive coastline stretching to 34km making it one of the main tourist areas of Murcia. Boasting one of the best scuba diving areas on the Mediterranean coast,
Murcia is the capitol city of the region and approximately 55 minutes from Aguilas, a beautiful city full of many historical buildings and churches.
Lorca another great town of historical beauty boasting much Baroque architecture is just 15 minutes from the centre of Aguilas.
Aguilas / Calabardinda area
Aguilas is a delightful old Roman fishing port. Visit the Plaza de Espana with its beautiful gardens full of rubber plants, and the historical church overlooking the Plaza. At the top of the old town is the castle/fortress San Juan de Aguilas built in 1579. Visit the Food Market where locally caught fish can be purchased direct from the fishing port. Calbabardina is the next bay along from Aguilas, a small exclusive bay serving the privately owned bungalows and duplex properties lining this coastal resort.

Most of the budget airlines fly into Almeria, Murcia, Alicante airports. Murcia being the closest in just under 1 hour the other two 1 hour 15 minutes
